Most definitely. It's been painted over the wallpaper, skirtings have been painted (they would otherwise be yellowing given the age of the house), there would be marks on the wall from previous furniture and age related marks she has also had new carpets which again aren't consistent with the age of the house.

If she was going to show the house why not show it as it was rather than partly do it up and be honest and say oh we had to replace the carpets.. its all fake.

We bought a 70s house and knew we would be renovating it so literally didn't want to spent a penny on it but it has been empty for two years and I could have lived with the 70s carpets had the previous owner not let her dogs wee everywhere and it stank. Even cleaning them wouldn't have got rid of the smell. I can understand her replacing them but stop pretending she bought it like this...

Hence why she was away for over a month whilst painting and carpets were put in making it all fresh . She said on res carpet when interviewed by pete wicks they asked how house move was going she says nice to get away from scaffolding then interviewed cut off. I cannot wait to see whats she does with staircase at xmas she will make a show of it.

Message definitely rings true for Stacey though. A compilation of her first 3 auditions for X factor came up on my instagram and it made me feel a bit sad thinking how lovely and natural she was then, and how fake and hard she is now. She has such a lovely singing voice. Shame how much money and fame has ruined her.

I can count at least 7 hangers on that they took with them - love that she didn't win a thing, that strop she had a few years back did her absolutely no favours!

There are 6 guys in that photo she posted in the bathroom, plus Joe, sticker sister and 2 daughters, other sister, Dirty Dave. probably more as well

You only have to look at the top floor video tour to see the carpets, rooms etc haven't been touched there. The carpet colour and design is what you'd expect buying an old house thst hasn't been updated a while where her room is very different (still wallpaper but clear its been painted over). The skirting is even different in there. They may have left some areas untouched like the top floor but I suspect the main areas will have had some sort of general refurbishment.

The top floor tour I suspect is an area that wont be used generally for day to day living and isnt essential which is why its not been touched (as well as being inaccessible to some extent given the ladders) and maybe unusable lift (or maybe working but she didn't want to show it).

That’s where the older boys will be housed instead of out in a garden shed like their last abode.

If X factor is supposedly returning, I wouldn’t be suprised if it’s something to do with that. That’s where she came from. And I am sure they would start recruiting early

Good call - She barely showed the Dave Clone brother but now he's everywhere and the boys are being pushed front and centre more than ever before.

I’m surprised Dirty Dave hasn’t tried to push his singing career I just checked him out so no doubt he will be in the audience on his big sisters shows.

I can’t help feeling that was the beginning of the end for our darling Stacey.
She didn’t win anything last night, not sure about last year - and of course the year of the strop nothing… so if this downward trend continues perhaps programme makers will think twice about having her presenting in the future.
Not forgetting the recent bad press, although that seems to have plateaued recently. However, when people decide they are sick of the sight of those teeth, her unwashed gross ‘husband’, and the myriad of hangers on, I’ll be here for it.

I was wondering if her buying a new house has something to do with her show stacey and joe and the home improvements. Showing the house slowly

Seriously who watches that pish? I watched the very first episode of S1 and was astounded at how dull yet irritating it was. Fake fake fake.
It's not even so bad it's good. It's just them constantly humblebragging and having very set up bickers - where SS will say something bossy and Squash will leer at the camera gormlessly in a 'what are we like eh?' way.

I enjoyed Zachy giving her attitude closest we’ve seen to a more normal, non-whimsical portrayal of her kids
