At the risk of being shot - manifesting needs to die. It’s over hyped and any actual successful person calls bollix to it. It’s hard work and grind that gets you where your want. And writing it down in a journal or a post it equals the same result! I have studied in this area too and it boils my piss when I see new coaches coming on with manifesting - fuck right off!

I do feel sorry for her in what looks like a reasonably boring shallow lifestyle. However, I can't say I like her after the bullshit she carried on with over the past couple of years. Pre-recorded stories on Insta so she could pretend to be around while she was actually on holiday over lockdown in Dubai; catered Christmas dinners while healthcare staff couldn't even see their families; and the absolute rubbish story about 'relocating' to Portugal just so she could get another holiday in. This bullshit needs to die - all waist trainers are going to do is make you have a sweaty back in the gym. Help with toning - you’re a size 6 already Sue!!! And even if you weren’t it wouldn’t help because that’s not how fitness and toning works. She’s got amazing genetics and I’m glad she is enjoying her daily movement but this is just absolute bollix - I blame the Kardashians for starting it. Gives me so much rage.
