They usually only ask pregnant women to stay away if there is norovirus, along with other visitors, but I can’t think of anything off hand where she couldn’t go.
In the mental health trust I worked at any pregnant staff were moved to community posts or admin if they worked on the ward as they had a higher chance of being assaulted due to the patient demographic but I think that was low/medium secure

I don’t think there is any standard guidance for pregnant women to avoid hospitals but there is certainly an increased risk in picking up a bug. I caught noro from a hospital once when I visited a relative, omg I was so ill. I wasn’t pregnant but it did make me more cautious - although if my other half was there it wouldn’t stop me
