Sophie Kasaei

Tbh if I was desperately trying for a baby I'd do every recommendation and old wives tale going. If someone said howling at the moon helped them get pregnant damn sure I'd be out there in my primark jammies lol. So giving up drinking and helping your body to be in the best condition it can seems a no brainer.
I tried the mucinex theory which is just ridiculous and obviously didn’t work!!

It seems strange to me they seem to be that determined to find out what is wrong before trying any other fertility methods she’s had all the tests from watching her show it seems like they have unexplained fertility so far. My own investigations took a few months after over a year of trying and we were referred to ivf I just thought this would be their next options or iui but she seems to want the baby to be born by ‘making love’
Also the drinking is what I noticed she’s a heavy drinker when she does it as she shares everything online. I can understand completely wanting to relieve the stress but there are healthy ways to do it and cutting alcohol is the first thing they tell you to do for your fertility health. Alcohol can effect egg quality which can impact conception Sophie mentioned she has a good egg count but the quality of eggs may not be good.
I always remember someone said in a fertility message board ‘other people drink and smoke and get pregnant all the time’ and another user wrote yes but they didn’t have fertility issues and people who do must do everything they can to help the body achieve this.

sharing this journey as well must be tough… people will always ask you about it constantly and give their wonderful advice it’ll be so draining but it is good content these days

Probably can’t afford it. And doesn’t want to be told to not drink. Same as Vicky oattison, always got a bleeping drink in her hand
Would she not get it on the NHS? I imagine they can afford it though considering the amount of plastic surgery she's had and the house they live in.

IVF on the NHS could be at least a years wait. And you both need a BMI below 30 and a low carbon monoxide reading

You think her BMI won't be below 30? As for the carbon monoxide test I don't know if she smokes or vapors.

Honestly no idea. People carry weight in different ways, and BMI is an incredibly outdated measurement for weight and can have even the smallest people recording as overweight. I don’t think she’s very tall is she? So I think that will skew results massively. My point is that the BMI restriction is the biggest reason why a lot of women can’t have IVF on the NHS and instead opt for private.

It doesn’t really track that they’re actively trying to get pregnant. If she was that bothered, wouldn’t you be looking at IVF? Probably wants to string this boring story line along.

They have been trying for 17 months had all investigations but she’s plugging this fertillysis brand which will be making her money I agree with trying to drag it out she will have a big reach in the fertility market!
Ivf is invasive and scary but the longer she leaves it I don’t think they can’t afford treatment at all. Many people would love to afford private ivf instead they are waiting a long time with nhs waiting times now

Do you think they are holding out for a freebie ivf treatment to promote the doctor/clinic or is that a step too far?? 😬

I know she’s not a massive celeb but she has enough of a platform to raise a few thousand for a round of IVF, also aren’t her family ok for money? I might be making it up but feel like they had family businesses etc?
Could be wrong and maybe it’s money related but you can have a round of IVF for about 3/4k now so I actually think it’s more likely she / they don’t want to take IVF on yet. At least she’s not like Megan McKenna and oddbod getting IVF treatment 6 months after meeting 🤢

I have a feeling you can’t advertise or promote IVF or fertility treatments (do correct if wrong).
I think she is a bit like all the other insta huns in trying to have a child as soon as possible for likes and then discover you have to actually look after them and they change your life.

You’re right they can’t but could get a Dr to give her a freebie for exposure on her series. I think they can do that just not promote them

Megan & oddball definitely had/have no issues around money. Jordan is a barber and I would think Sophie as money, if money was an issue it would be good for them to speak up as many couples are unfortunately face money issues on a fertility journey. However showing a dr/clinic on the documentary who cracks it and makes their dream come true, wouldn’t harm their business
