It's my sons first birthday at the end of the month 😊 he's a leap day baby so can't decide whether to do the 28th Feb or the 1st.. I'm leaning more towards the 1st
I'd probably choose the first as it is usually the day after the 28th , although the 28th is a Sunday this year, sometimes it's better to do birthday things on a weekend ( probably doesn't apply so much this year) .

Getting a haircut is a good one! I am looking forward to getting all dressed up and going on a night out with friends, even if it's just to a local pub. Also to seeing friends and family again.

i also wanted to say the 1st because it's the day after, however maybe i'd say he 28th to keep it in the same month!

Tonight, Kate and I are going to have an "adults only" party games kind of gig! (If you can call just 2 people in a room a party, lol)

We had a chat about this a few days ago and we're going to turn words into actions. Not sure how it will pan out but all inhibitions will be left on the doorstep, with a little help with Mr Jacob's Creek, Mr Jack Daniels, and the Doobies (plus some toys along the way)

Certainly makes a change from watching a film or TV show. But what the hell, nothing wrong with letting one's hair down once in awhile(y)
Makes my night on the sofa sound very lame ;)

Spring
Going for a run now the ice has gone
A walk with my sister this weekend
Second round of our family Come dine with me (just our household)

It's small pleasures at the moment, not getting hopes up for anything more just yet

When the MCU show WandaVision is released. It's a while yet but it looks bonkers and I'm so here for that. Something that will offer a total escape from reality.

Also, Christmas Day. I get a wonderful homecooked roast dinner and can eat wahtever I want in general. It's fab.

Tomorrow (Saturday), will be final day of work, while I take a 3 month break. Have almost finished my current workload, and should be wrapped by tomorrow.

Really looking forward to it.

Summer! I haven’t needed to put the heating on today and it makes me feel like summer is right around the corner 😆 I am definitely not a winter person!

I suffer from SAD and I hate this time of year, especially when the clocks go back in October.

However I am looking forward to the winter solstice and the shortest day on 21st December. From that point on the days will gradually become lighter of a morning/evening, as well as getting much warmer
yes this is so me!

My birthday in Feb, sort of, I am not looking forward to being 28 (only two years left of my 20's oh no! :( )
But who doesn't love presents? And I am also making homemade pornstar martinis so wooohoo!!
I too will be 28 next month also. Wasn't even thinking about the big 30, until you just reminded me ;)
