It’s funny you mention Riviera, she popped up on my TikTok feed recently and I knew she looked familiar - then I remembered she had a YouTube channel talking about how she moved to Italy. I was surprised to see she was no longer with her Italian guy.Antonio is so ....ick. He seems like a smarmy asshole.

Anyone remember a woman named Sara(h), I think (?)who was doing food/cooking content? She moved from Bologna to Genova, then back to the US to be with some American ex or friend, IIRC.
What ever happened to Elisa not Alyssa? I actually found her obnoxious, but she seems to have disappeared and had zero direction in terms of content. I saw on tik tok a while back she got married in a very tacky "My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding" style gown and celebration, but , boh.
Anyone else? There was another American woman living in Cinque Terre who broke up with the Italian she moved for. Riviera Diaries maybe? Last I remember she kept putting off returning to Italy bc she met her "soulmate" while home in Nebraska.
Elisa and I used to chat every so often when I lived in Italy for a year. I appreciated her being a shoulder to cry on when I was struggling with some culture shock and language barrier stuff. I haven’t kept up with her other than I would sporadically see her talking about work on Instagram. I think she was in a short film of some kind a couple of years ago and maybe she did voiceover work?? Not sure.
I am not familiar with the Sara(h) you mentioned. And I remember when Abbie went quiet on social media for a long time and popped back up in Portugal.
What about Anastasiya (ex friend/roommate of Zoey)? after Zoey left Italy I think A was trying to create a fashion line (“I am Tassana Laapey” it was called) and she made a bunch of videos on traveling to Italy post-lockdown. I think her new channel is called Stay Fabulous. She did a live a year or so ago and she conveniently ignored my question about how she lives in Italy on an American passport. I’m pretty sure she was Schengen overstaying for a while.

at 4 minutes in the chef talks about this gargantuan mozzarella “Zizzona di Battipaglia” (which is a registered trademark) and Anastasiya just repeats “zizzona” seemingly like she has no idea that it means giant tit… then brags about being in Italy for a decade

I’m willing to bet that Anastasiya is a “hobosexual” - she latches on to a partner so she has a place to live. I don’t know how else she can afford to live in Rome. Her and Zoey shared a bed in a one bedroom apartment in the centro storico because they couldn’t afford anything else (and even that was expensive).

@moronglace I meant to add, IG has an update from her Reel+TikTok. The kitchen's been installed along with the shelves in the cabina armadio. She talked about the latter how in the US she was used to having a space for clothes as opposed to Italy where most have a menial wardrobe fixture, basically. Lol

I have no idea to even guess what his salary would be, but I'm curious. He's a tour leader but also tour manager, I think? @moronglace Do you have any guess about his income? I have assumed his family was comfortable to begin with, as well.
I kind of presume she is gifted this and Kacie will end up taking her trips there tbh. Also, I know she is in Italy but she and her husband both seem to have SO many holiday days?

Who are her followers? Fellow Influencers and other wealthy people? Her content is #gifted and living a pretty cushie life for a neo-mamma in another country. Kaia seems to sleep pretty well? She brunches, is back to pilates, her mom's visiting again. Is she back to work? It doesn't seem like it. It's been like a year.
