She's so narcissistic that someone else losing weight is clearly an attack on her 🙄
If she is so happy being large why give AF about another woman's body. It betrays her massive insecurity.

For someone who has two therapist's, she shows zero self awareness.
I am convinced neither of her therapists are qualified psychologists or counsellors. And Sofie strikes me as someone who would therapist shop until she got one who coddled her. She once said one of the therapists said something remotely critical and I knew it was BS because there’s no way Sofie would let someone criticise her without a multi story rant on IG about it.

As a large person, stop shaming women for loosing weight.
This attitude is so disappointing and just plain bizarre. The bitterness shines through. Sofie, and the FatFabFeminist person, both regularly post about how much harder life is as a large person and the 'discrimination' they face. Why on earth would Rebel Wilson have purposefully become large, and expose herself to all of that just to advance her career....in a sector which is harder for large people to be successful in?? The level of reach makes me cringe so hard.

(nb: quote marks are because I'm a large person, and fatphobia is real, but I personally find it uncomfortable with how people like Sofie equate it as being discrimination practically on a par with rascism/ableism etc.)

i cannot even get that latest post, so .... not good to post about exercise... yet i am now posting?
Don’t worry, people are gonna have WRONG OPINIONS in the comments and DMs, so Sofie’s got about 20 angry stories and like 4 more grid posts to explain herself :ROFLMAO:

Hahah, wandered over here to gossip. What is she talking about? Exercise is good, that's fairly unequivocal. It's not a moral judgement, not everyone can access the same kinds of exercise but as a broad statement, exercise is good.

It makes me sad that people in her comments are saying they'd like to exercise but they don't because they don't want to give in to diet culture.

Madness.

I truly hate how much she doesn't give a tit about the environment. She can claim she was being funny all she wants but she's always doing stuff like that.

The scales thing.

Like, yeah, climate change is mostly caused by big corporations, Coca-Cola are bad etc.etc.

And also it would be better to not...throw things in rivers?

Not on a large scale environmental level. Just because........ littering.

I didn’t finish my comment before I posted haha, but I can’t believe I actually used to think she was someone to look up to and she was a great body positive influencer. She’s just so up her own a and toxic, it really winds me up!

I messaged her earlier, I had to. I don't get why she's so aggressive about her wrongly throwing a weighing scales in to the water. Does she know that she did something stupid and is pissed that loads of people are calling her out, or does she genuinely think her responses are funny?? I don't get it!

I dont know why I still followed but had to unfollow after their stories. Not even remotely funny and so defensive. Absolute hole.

Argh, I forgot to use their correct pronouns, and I don't know how to edit my post! I'm sorry if I offended anyone by not using them

I think she uses every pronoun she just doesn’t like being called a woman.
Can’t believe how much she over examines every single thing to the point that she may as well have typed all that in wingdings.

That sentence in caps is screaming narc. 🤣 Instead of Sophie reflecting on herself ,once again ,she projects her feelings onto the world so it’s no longer her personal responsibility that she feels like that. Guys c’mon stop feeling like your exercise is an achievement - just ran a 5k? Sorry u can’t feel proud about that because it oppresses me! Just left the house for a walk after a deep depression for the first time in months ? Not an achievement sorry you should only feel neutrality! Shes defo socialist in the more traditional sense no? Do not disagree with Sofie or else!!!!!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣✊

The last 2 posts have really bugged me. Her/their ones and all the comments. While I don't deny that people with EDs can have massive issues with exercise, and that people can have difficulties...it's not a reason to rant on and on about how terrible it is. It doesn't have to be the gym and marathons. Just move your body! Walk your dog. Make sure your legs are strong enough to get you off the couch in a few years time. Strengthen your bones. Instead of reframing it, it's the easy option of saying diet culture ruins everything so best not do anything at all and just wallow. Never ever takes any responsibility for things. It's all excuses. You can change your mindset and get past things, but you have to want to and have to put the work in. Just moaning isn't therapy (although we all need to be allowed to have a bit of a whine at times!)

This is one of the maddest rants she's been on. Imagine being her friend and refusing to congratulate you for any achievement you might've made relating to exercise cos of her own feelings about it. She's so selfish and self obsessed!

A person who can’t stand up without an external support is not someone I’d listen to about exercise being bad.

Oh god she's still going on about the scales in the river too. She really needs to do something more interesting with her weekend.

There's a half marathon in my town next weekend, gonna go down and shout angrily at them all about how ableist they're being.
