No weigh in today again I see - has she even lost any weight at all in her k8weekchallenge. I’m not even on a diet and I’ve lost more than her these last couple of weeks.

Someone commented and asked if she’d been to weigh in and she said she couldn’t make it because of an early shift but I think that was a lie, there was no stories and she posted in the morning at the shops! Surely if you know works going to clash with weigh in, just weigh in at a different time/day! She’s just a bag full of excuses and no she’s barely lost anything whilst doing her own challenge it’s quite embarrassing really!

She had an appointment the other day where she was discharged from the hospital she didn’t speak about it much as she said she was upset! She must have played the card of being unable to work and they told her to just change jobs if that was the case. She wasn’t impressed.

Iv tried them promise rolls they are so dry and have a bitter taste to them, have seen others say the same thing. Why on earth would you put cream and jam in it

I was almost excited to try them after the hype but they were like stale and dry. They are really for people with an intolerance but they are gross
