This girl is nuts! I quickly unfollowed after her posting multiple stories calling some girl a large cow over and over. Guaranteed she’ll pile all the weight back on as she restricted on holiday and posted the other day saying they hadn’t been out for a meal/takeaway since she started. And if she finds out she’s being discussed on here I imagine there will be some hilarious tantrum 🤣
Think we better speak about her a bit more then 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Love it when they throw a hissy fit 🤣🤣

Does anyone remember slimmingworld_jsg - she won slimmer of the year and then went on to have twin boys? I always think about her randomly but she’s disappeared 😂.

She's been mentioned several times on here.
She disappeared once she'd gained all her weight back after she couldn't hide it anymore
_________

I'm not into fashion but what is this outfit?
😂

It does make me laugh how on her comparison photos, she's wrote 5ft 8 on both.
Like she was expecting to chance height or something 😂

She seems like another that has done it very low carb though. Only carbs she seems to eat is a couple of hash browns a week

Also does exercise classes daily. Plus 10-20k step walk along side them too.
Around 3 hours exercise as well as working full time. How does she find the time?

Exactly! Absolutely not maintainable. I follow slimming world and my loss has been very slow but I’ve kept over 5 stone off because I’ve made small changes that are long term. No one is going to spend the rest of their life doing 2-3 hours of exercise a day, the novelty soon wears off (for me it lasts about a week 🤣)

She’s still there, but changed name and been inactive for a few months. She’d changed job and was running a restaurant and said she’d less time.
do you know her new name on there? Her food was always decent -no tweaks or stinking pasta sauce quiches etc

Yeah next year she'll gain it all back plus 3 extra stone. Those that lose it fast always pile it back on
Hi new Tattle member but have to comment, I came across this account a few days ago and the first thought I had was - you are not eating enough. The food pictures your posting is not the amount your consuming a day. To have those loses every week - your in a big deficit . I lost 4 stone a few years back being very strict. I am now sitting at a 5 stone gain. It’s not sustainable and to show a dishonest journey is not fair to others who are following her. I knew as soon as I saw the losses 7 lb one week. 5 lb the second - is nit normal. In a year or two - She will either develop a eating disorder and go too thin or she will disappear from Instagram because she has ballooned. Ive learned from trying to rush a weight loss journey. small changes equals permanent results x

Welcome to Tattle 👋
Theres a few high profile SW'ers that have done the same.
One that will always stick out to me is thefoodieslimmer who lost 16 stone in a year then gained 18 stone back in the 18 months afterwards.
He's no longer on insta he did a disappearing act when we mentioned on here about him blaming 'different scale calibrations' for not getting a loss he wanted

Perhaps she thinks she will look taller if she loses weight. Lol.

Totally agree, in fact I noticed a few pointed comments on a grid post of hers from someone explaining a sustainable loss is 0.5lb to 2lb a week. I cannot fathom how much of a deficit you’d need to be in to have those losses every week consistently.

I noticed the amount of exercise she is doing as well, hourly daily workouts with 1-2 hours walking on top. Seems like overkill and also a little concerning that no breakfasts or lunches are posted.

From personal experience when you lose a lot of weight quickly, all the compliments you get from friends and family can give you such a buzz. I often think doing so drastically well, then as soon as you try to loosen up some habits (ie, that amount of exercise, plus lack of takeaways or eating out being incompatible with any sort of social life) you regain some weight, surely it’s even harder mentally? You have your own thoughts/pressures, plus you’re wondering what everyone else is thinking about it.

It has been said many times but Slimming World do not help you address the psychological elements of food addiction and weight gain or loss. I wish when I lost weight I had dealt with that because I gained weight over a time and mentally I thought it was just a bit but I never really reverted back to just being healthy and eating well. That gain then converts to shame and the old habits seem to get worse not better. You hide the gains, pretend it’s not happening, and eventually it’s too late.

There is no shame in gaining weight as everyone does it.

I have read that Instagram have U-turned on a TikTok style revamp but this shows that Instagram know that photos are not the future and it will be video. I have seen so many more weight loss and recipe related posts on TikTok and it’s growing. IG will surely still do something different as they are scared that TikTok will be the go to platform.

I have done previously exactly what she has done and I am now back at my starting weight. I had an Instagram ‘slimming world’ account and I had a moderate following. I lost three and a half stone in 17 weeks. Looking back, it’s embarrassing. It was far too fast, I was far too deprived, but I was addicted to the attention and the praise. At no point did anyone in group say it was too fast or to be more sensible, the slimming world consultants are just obsessed with success, scale numbers and money. When I hit target, the attention stopped. You are no longer making money for slimming world as a target member and it’s the biggest anti climax. All of a sudden, the praise and the attention just stops. I then suffered a massive family bereavement, and stopped going to group. I slowly started to gain. The next time I heard from my slimming world consultant was when she had caught wind I was putting some back on and she knew I was out of target and had monetary value again. I did not go back and but when I look back on my slimming world days, I know they’ve left me with one lasting thing - an incredibly unhealthy attitude to food and disordered eating.

It will be no different for for this little insta hun. She’s certainly not got the right attitude to make and keep a successful account, she appears very rude. But I’d put money on her disappearing one day when she realises that you can’t live on no meals out, no take aways and you can’t keep up 3 hours exercise each day. I feel a little sorry for how delusional she is 😔

Bloody hell this is not normal...but bet her consultant was applauding her every single week.
It’s no wonder her hair is falling out she is starving herself. That weight loss is way to quick she will have gall bladder problems.

I've said it before. I had a consultant tell me that I wasn't losing weight quick enough for my size. Even though I was losing 1-2lbs most weeks. The same con told me that water retention wasn't a thing. I was fairly messed up anyway but that along with the lockdown showed me the light.

Oh Donna get a life 🤣🤣🤣
Always found those jd seasonings fakeaway boxes cringe. Like those that used to put quorn nuggets in empty mcnugget boxes or put their stirfry in a foil tray.
Also that burger the size of it will have more cals than most mcdonalds

It's so tragic. Why is she clinging on to this bull. She hasn't lost any weight has she since 2017? 🤣 you're right a big mac is less than 500 cals!
