Genuinely who are these gullible people that would pay £25 for a weight loss ‘cookbook’ written by an overweight stranger on Instagram. Because people will actually buy it that’s the scary thing. Stop the world I want to get off

I’m flabbergasted she’s charging £25 for a cook book! The most I’ve spent is £15 and that was by dishoom and it’s beautiful. Her recipes are pure tit and splashed all over her Instagram anyway 
She doesn’t look like she’s lost any weight recently either, calorie counts during the week then let’s loose at weekends

The latest book by The Fitness Chef is v good and has loads of interesting material as well as recipes

thats it! I actually don't mind her cook book and recipes but that's because I know how to cook within moderation and not tweak to death like the rest of SW

Pinch of Nom stole a load of her recipes. I remember her implying they had and 2 chubby cubs siding with Slimmingeats and basically confirmed they had without naming them
Does anyone follow ex sw Sarah Linney? She used to have a thread on here but it seems to have gone....looks like she's going to do a Rebecca Lamb and "accidently" fall pregnant using natural cycles

Don’t generally mind her from a sw perspective, she tends to eat more of the ready meal style stuff but is quite good at sticking to the plan. But my god, she must do a clothing haul of oversized jumpers and hoodies three times a week. I don’t know where she gets the money, and am convinced she can’t wash any of her clothes, just disposes and buys new because NO ONE needs that much stuff.

I don't know this account but I'd say people who do this many clothing hauls (and then the clothes are never seen again) tend to order and send them back. They all do it purely for content and it's absolutely pathetic

First time poster in this thread, hello. I've done SW a few times but nowadays I'm very vocal about how it's a con and relies on people failing. Some of the tripe that the consultants used to come out with in my group was just dangerous. I got cancer in lockdown and during my treatment needed to be weighed every day - I actually fell back into old SW habits (didn't have too much to eat beforehand, nipped to the loo even if didn't need it, wore light clothes) and I'm angry at myself that I was secretly pleases watching those numbers go down rather than focusing on what was important!
I didn't realise there was a such a massive SW IG cult, and these threads have been really eye opening! Some of the stuff about "unofficially" losing weight but gaining on a different group's scales (must be the calibration) is brilliant
