This online coaching things seems to be the latest trend and it started on TikTok. I have said it before that IG is behind the times and TikTok is the new ‘thing’. It will then become overwhelmed with rubbish coaches who have quite their jobs hoping to make a fortune and they end up sitting on their sofa waiting to talk to no one.
Swear she posts question boxes with a little “haven’t done one of these in a while” every few days
Gemma B’s cook book which consists of Wraps & Baked oats is on sale for 25 whole pounds. Get in the bloody bin!! She’s not made progress for months, she’s constantly “off plan” and her sweet breakfasts turn my stomach - why would anyone pay that !!
A number of these idiots are paying money to self publish the cookbooks I looked at it costs £3k+ but I only did a quick Google search.
HP published a load of ‘fitness’ insta cookbooks - identical format/no of recipes/price etc. Gemma B went to an event with them a while back.

The account I tried to remember was Lucy Wharton, she lost a lot, I think she became a consultant but she became strange and then very erratic. I hope she is ok. I didn’t always like the content but deep down she was probably a nice person just a little self absorbed.
