I completely agree with you. But I spose the presumption would be that the place was given the okay to share. And that's why she shared. I don't particularly like her, but I'd imagine it was shared for awareness rather than malicious.
I don't think any food kitchen should share vunerable people or any service users faces. It would def have a negative effect on those who may need to reach out in the future as wouldn't want their personal business shared.
