Jimmy is the same. We're having the roof power-washed and the cats are losing their tit.
I told them the scary water man can't get in through the roof but I don't think they believe me.
Aw, Jimmy deserves the best. My old Pooh Bear hated the sound of rain, he'd hide in the cupboard.Jimmy is the same.
The roof on my kitchen/bathroom extension is zinc, so any heavy rain makes a bit of a racket.
There's been times when he refuses to set foot in it despite his food bowl and litter tray being there.
Mind, it's freezing cold now so I turned on the electric blanket underneath him last night - as you do.
My little girl is terrified of the broom, let alone the vacuumWe had the house deep cleaned on Monday, Loki and Merry were not happy they loathe anything cleaning from dusters, to brooms and of course vacuum cleaners. Unfortunately, the lovely cleaning team arrived with 3, yes 3 vacuums. Luckily, tho chilly it was sunny so they both sat outside till the scary ladies and their equally scary equipment had got in their van and buggered off. Oh and 2 hours later after eating his tea Loki felt the lovely clean floor needed a spot of vomit on it.
You could foster that way if it doesn't get on with her it'll find a new home and your doing a good thing and if it does you can foster failHelp, I'm broody for another cat.
I know we can't reasonably get another cat. Peach literally only came up for adoption because she wasn't getting on living with two other cats. But they were a big, fluffy Persian and Ragdoll pair of older boys... so maybe a kitten could workBut I also know I'd feel so gutted if ever I had to rehome a cat and would never put a kitten in that situation! So I know my pipe dream is over
I have this debate daily, I would love a kitten but im so unsure what cleo would be like. Ive considered fostering too because I would need to try it first. I don't want to risk getting a kitten and cleo is unhappy meaning I would have to rehome the kitten. I don't want her to think I dont love her. My previous cat would've packed his bags if I brought a kitten homeHelp, I'm broody for another cat.

I'm.not sure, but this level of neediness does seem like maybe she does want another cat friend?I have this debate daily, I would love a kitten but im so unsure what cleo would be like. Cleo has also taken a liking to sleeping on my back at night, meaning I have to sleep on my front. I was so uncomfortable last night but she had a great night sleep whilst licking herself. This morning I woke up really needing to pee and it was like buckaroo trying to get her off me! She grips on for dear life.
I really do think she does but I just worry about it. Perhaps in the new year.I'm.not sure, but this level of neediness does seem like maybe she does want another cat friend?
Best of feline luck for Monday, I'll be thinking of you bothI have a worry about my beloved black fuzzy companion. He's off to the vet on Monday morning because of some symptoms, but are they internal external or behavioural? Is my mother's cat bullying him? Does he have an abscess?Did closing the door on the spare room create a drama for him? Is it stomach cancer? Why is he sleeping on my bed curled up in my arms enjoying affection, but seeking out corners of my bedroom during the day? Why isn't he harassing me for breakfast biscuits but enjoying wet food at night? Why did he not jump off the bed this morning but purred with alacrity and ate with relish a plate of wet food on the bed? Is he healthy but turning into a spoiled monkey? Very worried, but setting it aside until Monday when he (and a stool sample) will be reviewed by vet. Please everyone do a little zoom we need collective zoomies!
He's just beautiful.Best of wishes to all our cats.
Finally managed a shot of Jimmy sans feeties.
