I had been dog sitting, so the local cats were staying well away. The day the dog went home (I was on a post dog comedown ), this little angel came strolling in. It was as if the animal queendom could feel my energy and sent a pal.

I relocated my sheepskin rug from the family room prior to baby boy's arrival. However now he has the run of the downstairs he's taken up residence.

He's lovely.

I am desperately trying to get him to lose weight. The vet told me he is "the picture of a diabetic cat."

Btw don't let this cute face fool you... her crying is so bad atm and she nearly jumped into my lunch today. Had to grab her to stop it going everywhere.

Poor boy is still AWOL, my heart breaks for my friend. It's harder as his cat's daughter (our little one) looks like a tiny version of her dad. We've been exchanging photos for years saying how alike they are.

I have passed on all your hints and tips. Thanks. x

I have good news, for once!

My friend's cat is home at last. Someone found him and dropped him off at the vet.

Cat is skinny but otherwise in good health.

My youngest cat (friend's cat's daughter) is considering taking her dad on the cat equivalent of Jezza Kyle as a Deadbeat Dad...

I love his crossed legs, so cute.

It's been hectic in work of late so I'm quite busy.

Jimmy complained yesterday that he wasn't getting the attention he felt was rightfully his.

I told him I'd finish this one task and then sort him out with food.

Shortly afterwards, I was struck on the leg by a thrown cat toy.

I turned to see a large fluffy tail disappear round the doorway.

Jimmy denies all involvement.
