Surely the fact they’re not married and house is in her name only but he’s done so much of the work on it could potentially be very messy if they break up? Unless they added his name to the deeds after the purchase to keep it fair, just a big step without even being engaged x

He's a fool. She probably paid him for the work so he won't get a penny. And she's a fool if she added his name to the deeds which I'm sure she didn't.

She said when they were looking for a house that only she was getting the mortgage because Kieran was self employed and didn't have the required accounts, think it was 2 years, to be included in the mortgage application for a joint mortgage. Although that may have changed by the time it came to buying the house, but I'm not sure she mentioned it again.

I don’t think it’s from school. The Gordon’s always lived in Dromore, Co.down and Shannon was raised in Ballybeen. Maybe university or maybe just the social media circuit?

I'm pretty sure they said they met at an event so really throughout tiktok. Shannon will know exactly what she's doing befriending her. Nicole had a party at her house and invited every local tiktok person (she invited me but I didn't go. I'd barely even interacted with her on tiktok). I'd say Shannon is using Nicole for her lavish lifestyle and Nicole is absolutely desperate to make it big on tiktok.

Yes but people who are employed and can get a lot of cash don't declare their earnings properly to avoid paying tax and then it bites them in the bum when they want a mortgage.
I think she is around 34. I had a nosey on companies house and she is a director of Gordon's chemists so that explains the house with the pool lol
Yes she is, and according to companies house her company was only incorporated on 5th March 2024. So she wouldn’t have the required accounts either.
