Err so I listened to another episode whilst I doomed scrolled last night.

must safe to say I’m done with the show. It’s not watchable and it’s all noise.

Mary clearly has a coke problem with all the sniffing and nose touching. She’s also extremely two faced - going to Nicole and saying how sorry she is for what’s happened (I wonder if she’s worried Nicole will out her)

new woman is a tit stirrer and his clearly there to drum up even more drama

Chrishelle - WTAF is the scene about the assistant keying the car actually about

Emma is clearly very stupid. Bre -who knows but I wouldn’t trust her.

Ho hum. Moving on

Alot of the narrative just didn't flow... Like Chrishelle and the story about keying the car, what was that even about.
It didn't make sense why Mary was so angry with Chelsea.
And the scene introducing Bre's sister was pointless.

I like the dramatics but this is way beyond that! There's so much of the show that is really nasty, bullying and/or toxic.

wtf does micro aggressive even mean lol
Are you actually asking or taking the P 😆

Micro aggression is when people make subtle, (sometimes unintentional) comments, slights, invalidations that can be hurtful and offensive to some people.
Eg
In the case of Chelsea, selling SS are ‘generally speaking’ putting her into ‘black’ stereotypes such as:
Short or revealing clothes - black girls are promiscuous
Turning up late to a open house - black people are lazy
There are so much. I think she’s right to call it out. It’s there on a platform for all to see.

Micro aggressive behaviour doesn’t have to be about race only though, it can be gender, sexual identity, disability, even things in your own environment (diversity at work/building names etc).

Micro aggression is usually targeted at marginalised, vulnerable or underrepresented groups.

I’m asking. Why would I be taking the piss? Where I’m from it’s not a term used at all

But thanks for explaining 😖

I wasn’t sure. Where I am from, it’s a very common phrase so I wasn’t certain.

No problem. That’s why I explained as I thought you maybe didn’t know. We are all learning 🫶

Finally got to the end: what a horrible season. So witchy. I don’t really like any of them! Maybe Chelsea, but meh.

One thing I don’t get is why Jason continues to buy the most stupidly big cars he can find. Does he not realise it massively accentuates his shortness and very much comes across like he’s trying to over-compensate for other things? 👀 he looks completely ridiculous and it’s so embarrassing to watch!

I’m sorry but I don’t like Chelsea at all. She was quite happy to stir the pot and be a witch in previous seasons but now she’s going through a vulnerable stage in her life we should all be kind?!

And not a single post about Alanna (until now!) - feels like an odd inclusion since they've not made any real effort to involve her in the 'drama storylines'.

A bit like the original Alex pair in OC only one person at Oppenheimer actually focusing on their day job whilst everyone else is only interested in the drama!

We've started watching a US show about lottery winners new homes - the budgets range wildly but you get to see some really amazing properties, it's much more engaging :ROFLMAO: they're usually lived in homes and not all staged to within an inch of their lives like Selling Sunset.

It's My Dream Lottery Home on HGTV. You see everything from $150k to $$$$ millions but it's great!

Anyone else baffled as to why Chrishell was picked as the main lead in season 1? She was new to real estate so why centre it around her from the get go? Christine was the perfect choice as the main character. There was no one like her! Not the same since!

The rumour chrishell was messing around with Jason adds up. I don’t understand the hold Mary has over him either! And how cool her husband is about it? Does she have his micropenis selfies to blackmail him or what!?

I think it was because she was already seeing Jason and they turned it all into a storyline.

I would've loved Christine to get her own TV show after she left. I understand she clashed with the people behind selling sunset but I'm surprised no one else offered her the opportunity to have her own show like they did with Heather.

Regarding the timeline of her marriage breakdown how does that line up? Chrishell maintained SHE was cheated on. Was Jason a revenge affair?

Agree Christine is a reality tv star natural.

I finished S9 on Friday. It was a tough watch. I've always liked Mary, but she was awful this series. So over the top about those flowers?! Nicole was horrendous. I don't like Chelsea. What was the point of that new girl, Sandra? She was seemingly brought in just to stir the pot, but she was a terrible actor. I flip-flop with Chrishell, but was completely off her this season.

I really like Emma, her bf seems like a complete loser, but I just find Emma so fun and unserious, I have a soft spot for Bre, despite her weird harem situation, and I really like Amanza. I know she's not really a realtor, but I like her vibe. Alana I can take or leave, she's just sort of there, but she's harmless. I hope they end it now, to be honest, it's run its course. I enjoyed the crossover with the ladies from the Selling (is it Manhattan / NY) series - I like that show.

I think she was likely very blindsided by what happened and moved on extremely, extremely quickly and was with Jason before the divorce was finalised but fudged that bit, I wouldn't consider that adultery though, although it technically is.
