I really think that Jason thought that when he told chrishelles he didn't want kids and she got with G it was 'a phase' and she would end up back with him and be happy not to have kids and that's why he kept her around and stuck up for her over Nicole and all that.

So reading between the lines, Mary has got more power over Jason than Chrishell has and she's been pushed...
I'm sticking with my theory that Romain and Jason are in a relationship and Mary is looked after well for ensuring that never comes out

I truly don't understand the relationship between Brett, Jason, Mary and Romain.
Mary and Romain dont come across like a romantic couple. They are a very strange match and he seems almost disinterested.
Mary is clearly struggling with an addiction of some kind. The constant sniffling and nose rubbing this season just confirmed it. Ive thought since season one she slurs her words and seems zoned out all the time. Why do they keep going on about her being a struggling single mum as if she has a toddler at home. Isn't her kid an adult? Like out of the house, self sufficient adult?
The conversation between Jason and Mary about scaling back to the original agents etc was a dead giveaway that the twins are over the show being about arguments. They barely sold any houses this season (I know the fires had an impact but even prior to that there were few actual sales).
Why is Emma even there? Does she list or sell anything? Chrishell just seems to be listing homes of people she has met through G.
And sorry but the reunion host was absolutely awful.

I don't watch the reunion shows, but took a guess on who the host was from memory of trailers. Yep, Tan is awful. Hes hosted a few things before, I dont know why producers keep trying to make him happen. Hes not talented at all
Yes thinking back, both twins were very quiet during the reunion. I wonder if there will be a massive change next season.
I'm convinced all of these women are there for the show rather than work anyway but the fighting is now the focus and not the houses. I'd have a hissy if they wore those heels over my newly renovated property worth millions!

Made me laugh when Romaine was arguing with Mary about construction 'don't tell me my business, I know construction!' When he seems incapable of being trusted with a spirit level.

If I remember correctly, last season Brett said he wanted to be involved/ feature in the show less and concentrate more on the business. Maybe Jason is seeing the light. All the drama is exhausting
I wonder how the other (real) agents feel about it all. I wonder if it's affected the amount of commission they make, or if people have the wrong impression of them when they turn up to open houses etc.

Jason - 16 active leases/listings, 27 sold
Amanza - 0 active listings, 0 sales (same for 4 years…not even registered in the state of California🫥)
It’s all TV…no real work being done by most of the ‘cast’
