The audacity of me to counter offer. Place bets on if they buy it. :) = yes  = No

Just been offered £11 on an item listed for £16 but is worth more like £25. £5. As if.

Been completely dead for a week now for me. Even relisting in popular categories, nothing.

Yeah mine fell off a cliff tail end of last week too and is kind of sputtering now
Even resurrected my Depop in desperation 🤣

I saw similar on a comment thread on one of those Vinted Facebook groups, a 40% off offer is a starting point, it's haggling bla bla bla, I don't mind getting those offers (sure you don't, Jan, bet you're the one sending em)

Think I mentioned on here before but I'm sure when we went to Marrakech it was mentioned that if you offer too low in the souks, the vendor might just walk off because you offering them that little for their goods is rude and that's an important part of the haggling culture. Haggling isn't just "give you a quid"

Yes,it's no wonder we all constantly get them as it seems most people agree with it,to me it just makes no sense at all. Probably the way my brain work's. If I want 40 percent less I would ask for it,it's literally as simple as that to me. Years back it really wasn't the way it worked,I very rarely got offers, especially on low priced stuff. Am sorry but sending offers on things that's are under 5/10 pounds is just tramp behaviour. To stoop to haggling over 20/50p is just pathetic or items priced at £2/3 wanting them cheaper.

This morning I had someone offer me £3 for a £5 item (a 40% off wonder) and I counted with £4, and they weren’t interested. £1 is all it took to break the camels back. duck face!

They honestly make me sick, they know it's not allowed so private message the offer instead. Vinted need to ban these people
Someone on my social media who is lovely and not a curmudgeon like me, was in her stories complaining about Vinted as she had someone demand that she accept their 50% off offer. It’s out of hand tbh.

I bought a nice summer floral top off Vinted last week but the seller mixed up the labels and sent me napkin rings (we have all done it). I asked them to resolve it and send me a label to return they said 'The napkin rings sold for £2 more than the top you bought so would you not want to keep them instead' Erm..... sorry but I can't wear napkin rings on holiday. They have refunded me but I do wonder about the logic of some people.

I have been seeing so many listings like this pop up recently, that are not actually selling anything, but just begging for money for one reason or another

I report them every time and they do get taken down eventually, but I'm seeing them on my home page multiple times a week 😅

Making a rod for all our backs. And not just a millionaire squabbling over 50p, but actively boasting about it and encouraging others to do the same. Vinted is now a sewer thanks to people like her. bleeping influencers

New one today, someone messaged me to tell me that one of my things (bit of ceramic) is worth a lot more than what I've got it listed for. I mean, I take your point, and that's nice of you and thanks but I might agree to disagree as no people bought it, it's been sat there for 2 months as I've price dropped it 🤣
