What I don’t understand is, on the clip she was saying she’s right there beside said person struggling, but then weeks ago was saying she can’t possibly be helping everyone that messages her and that it was quite overwhelming.

Stories like this will surely invite that kind of interaction?

Dunno about the hygiene aspect as she looks even greasier than ever! You'd think the fact that she's sweating copious amounts would make her want to shower more but clearly not
