I know someone who was part of the custody proceedings and he said there was no chance Alex would be awarded visitation though due to confidentiality he couldn’t explain any further. He added Katie showed herself up and just wanted revenge on Alex. The judge told her to stop talking when she was in court giving evidence supporting Chantelle. The judge said something along the lines that what she was saying was a load of bull and was not relevant.
