I've asked a couple of times but now theres more of us, The wording of serious sexual offences would that be used purely because of it being a underage lad or would that be called something different

Both, serious could indicate statutory grape (which if they had intercourse) it would be. But it could also be because of the amount of them which makes it serious

If they were over 16 and there was no indication of a lack of consent then I would be pretty sure the CPS would say that it wasn't in the public interest to prosecute.
But at some point in the period they were under 16 and that’s the part that could go forward now, especially if it’s the guy himself who raises it, rather than a 3rd party.
I really think we might just see a court appearance out the blue in coming years.

Oh god I can’t believe you didn‘t know!
I think he avoided full and furious cancellation by being dead.

Right - so basically the "guy whose wife left him because of his clingfilm fetish" is a piss take. Dear lord.

I am so sorry for sharing...The story is so ridiculous I thought it was a Sunday Sport article as I have heard that newspaper had crazy stories apparently....She needs her mental health looked at.

I can’t remember if it was on this thread, or from the celeb gossip thread before this one was created, but she was the one from the screenshot from the SM Facebook group where people were saying she couldn’t be for real when she was gushing all over the shop about missing his breakfast show, and having a glass of champagne on his birthday!!!!!

They appear to have replaced the SM TOTP episodes with John Peel 🤯
Someone at the BBC is the embodiment of the elmo gif.

John Peel said in an interview he had to go for the young ones as all the "old ones" were off married by the time they were 21 in the 60s.

Grim. He was still doing it in the 80s and 90s. A friend of mine, now in her early fifties, was propositioned by him at a festival when she was fifteen.
