Yeah this bothered me too. But if I, as an NHS nurse, can afford private dentistry for myself, Scarlett can afford it for her kid. I guess shes 100% entitled to use NHS services for sure but it did grate on me

She's entitled to, I agree, but it's such a weird flex because that story alone shows how hard it is to get access to affordable dental care if she's been waiting 2.5 years for it. So lower income families will also be facing the same wait times but unable to afford the private alternative like her.
