Ok losing a business and losing a job are different…

MY point was losing a job and therefore an income and not being able to get another one and not knowing how you are going to pay your bills / roof over your head is AWFUL… I lost my job over 6 months ago and the market is so competitive that I can’t even get a low paying job to take .. people are having to move back into their parents homes by the bucket load

Sarah does not seem to have that income worry considering her spending

I also said I feel sorry for her, it must be very hard however I feel sorry for a lot of people atm and those are the ones who cannot feed themselves / heat their homes etc

Whilst I do feel sorry for her situation, there are several of us that have been left significantly out of pocket. SLA have had my return for over two months now and I have been fed lies upon lies by customer service that they've had an issue processing my refund, it should be with me shortly etc. No communication either in light of this statement today... I'm owed so much money back.

You likely will not get any money back. I’m assuming she’s ended the business due to money losses involved in this legal battle. You’re better off going through your bank and trying to obtain the money that way!

I know SLA won’t just be ran by Sarah alone, but I can see why people are angry when she’s not being completely honest until recently about the business and people are losing out on money whilst she’s out partying and eating at nice restaurants

Where I will echo what people are saying, it must be a hard time for her, at the same time, she’s been in the influencing game since the beginning, I do feel a lot of her moves are always carefully thought out

You have to also remember though that she has a team of people at SLA that are losing their jobs because she wasn't able to pull the business through this really hard time. Being the person that's forced to let people go because the business is going under must be one of the most horrible experiences you have to go through as a small business owner. On the surface of things yes it's an income for her but it was also really clearly her livelihood and the people that worked for her may well end up not being able to feed themselves, heat their homes if they can't get another job.

The easier option is to get a 9-5 and work for someone else, yes it’s tit if you get let go but you have zero other stresses/responsibilities to deal with when a business folds. It’s highly stressful both mentally and financially when a business collapses, it’s incomparable to getting made redundant etc
She has a nice house yes, she probs has a few quid in the bank, but they are the perks of taking the leap and having what was once a successful business. How that can be seen as a negative is absolutely wild.

From what she said on her YouTube the manufacturer made an order in the wrong fabric and bad fit which was worth like 1/2 mill I think it was. They obviously refused to fix it or give the money back. I wonder what products it was

Can't remember who said that her cheekbones were natural - you can clearly see in the latest YT that that's not the case. Faces move a certain way when you lean your hand on them. You can see that doesn't happen with her face.

She probably does need to lay off the nice meals out, trips away and spending whilst this is all resolved, people who aren’t able to get their refunds or goods will be pissed off to see her flashing the cash - even if it’s gifted or PR. She’s fairly sensible so I’d hope she’d read the room and keep her social life off of socials for a bit.

That’s not to say she doesn’t deserve to have a life or spend her money, she is also an influencer and must make a decent living doing that alone, just best to read the room and be sensitive to it.

I said about her cheeks, not to say she hasn’t had any help but she does have underlying good bone structure, she’s quite an angular person and not unusual to have sharp facial structure with her overall body type - plus she’s probably about 15% body large!

Not sure if she said that specifically. But perhaps. The same happened with Molly maes first launch manufacturer changed the fabric of a blazer and it all bobbled they lost loads.

I think she looks alright, she’s definitely less natural than the average woman on the street, she has a lot of procedures and treatments although of them are non invasive like the lasers etc. But compared to some influences she’s not ridiculously overdone, I genuinely believe she looks off bc of the too dark hair and bc she’s so slim, if she had half a stone / stone on her and a bit of large on her face it would soften everything out and look less harsh.
