So I lost about 25lbs over a good few months (no dieting really, just upped fitness levels) and fit back into a size 6-8 now. However, my stomach looks like I’ve lost 100lb! I don’t know what has happened the skin is seriously saggy around the places I tend to carry weight.
Has anyone else experienced this? And what did you do? I’ve only gone down from a size 10, it’s not like I’ve lost 5 stone! I’m early thirties and had gained weight doing sedentary jobs.
