while i do think she’s on weight loss drugs, as a fellow petite girly, a lot of regular diets and exercises like excessive cardio don’t always work for us. as someone 5’4 or under, you do often have to eat more protein and do strength training, such as lift weights, in order to not become ‘skinny large’ and change your body composition. i’m not saying this applies to saffron, but eating more protein can definitely influence weight loss, as a short girl, if combined with the right exercises - but not to this extent, in this short time span.
we’ve also had the ‘the dress would be a perfect second wedding dress’ proceeds to then wear it on christmas day
