I must admit I was quite shocked at the outfit. I know alot of 16 year old dress and act older than when I was 16! But I dunno, it didn't sit right with me. Yes I think she would have too. They both allowed her to bleach her hair too I know she’s dyed it dark now but you can tell it’s damaged it I would have said 15 was too young to bleach all your hair.
