I wouldn’t find it surprising in years to come we will see children suing their parents regarding their images being used for commercial gain. If you earn money from content regarding you’re children, are your children then not entitled to a share of the money? Could what you post impede their future because of how they’re being perceived online? You also haven’t got your childs permission to commercialise them, and if they grow up and decide they don’t like it, what happens then?

Right. It would be like child actors parents keeping the work. So many people make money on Youtube or Instagram because of their children. Without their kids, they wouldn't have much content. The money better be going into a savings account for the kid. I bet that most of it isn't though and that is disgusting. I think of the Saccone Jolys the most in this situation and Amber Fillerup.
