Just gone back to her story.. WHY is she filming in a field with cows? Does she know nothing? Bet sams taking the vids and has raffle there. As someone who has a lot of farming/rural connections, this has annoyed me

So many whys. Why would you wear that on a walk to an overgrown field? Or did she take the dress and sandals and change there? Hardly ‘candid’ if so. It’s more a dress for wearing in town surely?

I totally agree re the dog. Dogs off lead near livestock is wrong and illegal.
And ever since I read a story about one of those Irish setter / doodle dogs savaging a deer in Richmond Park I have to admit I’m not keen on that breed at all.
I know some of it is about how the dog is trained but Ruby always alludes to raffle being a handful, it does make me wonder if they really have it under control.

I was thinking about her trip to Manchester haul. So she got the dior strap which people saying is £1k. She must have spent about 70/80 quid in Zara and £100+ in other stories, maybe even £200 given she got quite a few things. That’s not an average shopping trip really.

Then she’s shilling a gifted Samsung tv on her grid.

Her freebies and spending habits just not relatable. And wish she’d stop with the stupid wide leg poses.

And then was on stories last night / today ( her posts all blur into one...) showing new converse she’d bought at over 100.

But don’t forget she’s a sustainable advocate

Would you have said Ruby and Olivia were best friends? Maybe there’s like an air of competitiveness which has got in the way of their friendship or they’ve just drifted because Ruby’s moved and loves her wag friends more....

In general I quite like Ruby. I do think she comes across as awkward sometimes during her YouTube videos, especially the ones with Sam. He just seems like he hates being filmed. It’s just awkward and I think she comes across as really uncomfortable, even when doing talking stories on insta

She’s starting to grate on me a bit for the following reasons -

-the Lavish Alice collection, there are maybe a few passable pieces but mostly it’s gawdy tart. I’m thinking especially of the black suit with the diamonte detail. Looks like Michael Jackson. It’s in no way consistent with her own aesthetic.
-she’s a bit wet. I hate how anything she posts anything remotely controversial, she takes it down again citing trolls rather than owning her opinions.
-she is young to be getting married, why is she offended by that though, just own it?
- I do wish she’d acknowledge that she benefits from Sams income. Even if he just took care of all the bills rather than giving her money directly.... that’s still subsidising a lifestyle. If I’d no mortgage or bills to pay, just imagine how many Gucci loafers I could buy!

for those thinking Sam earns £38k per week, that’s just not realistic for where he is in his career. He’s just turned 25 so he’s probably achieved what he’s going to achieve in football. He had one year at that level but since then he’s been in the championship, and that’s more like £15k per week (which is still loads, yet less than the numbers thrown around as fact in this thread. Plus the taxman and his agent will get a chunk of that.
They bought a period fixer upper, that’s not what footballers on premiership type money do. I hope for his sake he’s saving and investing as it’s a short career, and he’s clearly never going to be an absolute star.

Couldn’t agree more. Especially about the wetness, it’s all sunshine in the life of Ruby Holley, and all very PC, not that much going on besides constantly flicking between Altringham market and another beach holiday

I Came here to moan about the Lavish Alice collection, since I’ve just seen her IGTV ‘modelling’ them, and i honestly can’t believe how awful they all look, and completely not her style at all. I feel like i’ve seen these dresses a million times already and she looks SO awkward wearing them, especially the puffy sleeved dresses!

I was getting Abercrombie and Fitch ad vibes! It’s quite weird… normally engagement shoots are more about the couple looking relaxed and trying some poses pre wedding this is like a bloody magazine shoot. Swimwear shots, linen, water…. Was it inspired by a 90s boy band video

I love these ones. Hair covering her face and Sam’s torso is literally the centre of the photo (not sure how family / in laws can enjoy these photos?!) and then the staring to out to something…. Bizarre

Im not engaged/married and never had a shoot done like this. My friend got married a couple of years ago and had some engagement shots/pre wedding shots done at their venue which were SO relaxed and just so they could get an idea of what kind of pics they wanted on the day!!

Her YouTube followers have flatlined and views are barely growing. Her insta isn’t growing much either. I wonder if people are starting to see through her half arsedness.
I don’t even get why she does influencing tbh because it doesn’t seem like she enjoys it. I think it’s just fills a bit of time in her day, otherwise she’d have to say she’s unemployed and lives off Sam
