What's weird about this thread is the Rosemary stans showing up instead of posting on the rave thread. The rave thread is pretty quiet, maybe it could use some love

I don't know how publishing works but like rosemary is a journalist her job is writing so she went down the route of self publishing yet doireann garrihy fella gets a deal no bother. I don't get it
Yeah but Doireann is much more well known, she works on 2FM. Rosemary isn't anywhere near as well known

Worked on it for 5 years….thought I’d make more…..subscribe to my intermittent and ridiculous content so I can write more books. The whole fiasco was straight from Peep Show.

She did indeed, especially seeing as it was number one she said. She sold around 700 copies and it dropped like a stone. She also moaned that she only gets a few cents per borrow from the library. She has no concept of how to make money or build on her business. All she does is moan about how little she makes from her writing/podcast.
If the book was really any good it would have sold more, simple as that! It reached number 1, she had the initial interest there, unfortunately the product wasn't up to scratch so no one recommended it to their friends!!

She's lazy and entitled. Always has been. She wants to do as little work as possible but then just moans about her financial situation.
I'm sure most of us would love to spend less time working ( I can't lie, I certainly would!) but unfortunately nobody else is going to pay the bills for us.
