Presumably the people living there are renters and don't want to move? that is the only thing that would make sense, even just all the clutter in the kitchen is off putting

I’m wondering if they have to move out because of financial difficulty and are trying to make it undesirable?

One of my cousins used to make a ton of money making pelmet’s in the 90’s. People used to be wild for them. Literally every room in her house had one. I remember joking she needed one for the letter box. Her daughter had a dolls house and she even made them for the Christmas windows on that! 😂

This is a fairly scathing article but I think this flat looks pretty nice! The mezzanine area is clearly not meant for sleeping in just as an unusual extra living space, which I can imagine would be pretty attractive to lots of young first time buyers…it’s hard to get a sense of the scale of it though in terms of height.

The walk through was like an episode of most haunted.

The garden was a surprise , looked like room for parking too.
