Presumably the people living there are renters and don't want to move? that is the only thing that would make sense, even just all the clutter in the kitchen is off puttingDear god!
So many questions about this...
Could they not have had a quick clean and run a hoover round first?
Why is there no bed, is the owner sleeping on that filthy sheet covered mattress on the floor?
No cooker in the kitchen (just one of those 2 ring hob things), a fridge that looks about 50 years old, but full of Egyptian tat...
Also in the kitchen - 3 big salt containers. Who needs that much salt?
And there's an iron in one of the rooms yet I don't feel like the owner would do much ironing!
Place looks like it needs fumigating.
With the commercial fire extinguisher I wonder if is some sort of venue ?yes perfect description!
I’m wondering if they have to move out because of financial difficulty and are trying to make it undesirable? That's incredible. It's a decent enough house, but either lacking in storage or they're just hoarders.
Saying that, a friend of mine bought a house in a similar state. Got loads off the asking price, but took ages for the tenants to move out. Basically had to be served an eviction notice. They then left tons of their cr@p behind.
Oh my god, I didn't spot the shoe tree when this was posted earlier up thread. I'm not a fan.View attachment 1159459
I can smell the shoe tree from here
Was very surprised to see that pool. They’ve described the place as “trendy” and “chic” tooI was not expecting the swimming pool - judging by the exterior
Looks like it has been plonked in the middle of their sitting room.

Traditional style.

One of my cousins used to make a ton of money making pelmet’s in the 90’s. People used to be wild for them. Literally every room in her house had one. I remember joking she needed one for the letter box. Her daughter had a dolls house and she even made them for the Christmas windows on that!![]()
