Expecting the Egyptian decor to be confined to just one room, but no, it crept up the stairs too. I am surprised it didn’t make it to the bathroom also.
I like the house & plot but that colour in that bathroom would have to go....

I know it comes with a lot of land but that’s a lot of money for st awful! And let’s just say Roche is not a pretty “semi-rural” area. It’s quite weird, even at the height of summer where anywhere looks idyllic. You could throw another 500k at that making it look amazing but it’ll still be in the middle of a dump. It's not ensuite if it's not got a door though. Is it?
It's more a Jack and Jill as it's accessible from the hallway and the 2nd floor bedroom.
En suites don't have to have doors. Personally I would hate this set up - especially as there doesn't appear to be a lock on the door to the hallway. It doesn't even seem to make practical sense from a plumbing perspective (i.e. I've seen bathrooms which seem to be illogical until you realise they're directly above/below the other plumbing in the house). I'd have had the stairs to the loft conversion put the other way and extended the shower room to make a bigger bathroom and then just had a toilet and shower en suite in the loft conversion.
