What in the sweet RightMove hell do we have here? (seen in the DM today)

3 bedroom semi-detached house for sale in Manor Court Road, Nuneaton, CV11

No duster has been taken for a walk or a bucket of Flash has darkened that place for many a year (see floor/skirtings/metal bits of hallway in 2nd pic)

" Showcased on TV and in magazines " obvs on the "before" segment not the "After" 😂
My inner Helena Bonham Carter loves this but the overriding sensible part of me is handwringing about how unclean that all is.

This is the best bit..” Emily Powell has also committed to maintaining the work after the sale, refreshing and hand painting every five years for the rest of her life for the future owner - something uniquely additional to the sale of the house"
You can just imagine her being an absolute nightmare post sale.

So much to unpack with this one, the artwork on the walls and attic studio, coffin in bedroom 2 and your own torture chamber chair in the cellar!

3 bedroom semi-detached house for sale in Clifton Bank, Rotherham, S60
I once set a personal goal of going to each of the Dungeons (still need to do the one in Blackpool but all the others I've visited at least once), mostly because I just really enjoy them but partly because they have a smell to them that I really like weirdo

HOWEVER if I owned that house I could just sit in that cellar and be instantly happy.

You'd have thought the photographer would have moved the pack of Men's Tenas from under the small table in the main bedroom!

Listen lads, you really need to get yourselves onto daft.ie, the irish version of rightmove. What nobody will tell you about our little isle is that the GFC and lack of investment in housing has caused such a crisis in the irish property market that people will buy literally anything for insane amount of money - particulalry in Dublin. Luckily, many of the people holding onto family-sized houses are popping their clogs now, and probate is working overtime so we are seeing some absoute corkers coming onto the Irish market.

Currently living abroad and looking to return next year - Hubs and I havent yet decided between Uk and Ireland. So i am currently frequenting both RM and Daft on a regular basis. Daft wins hands down for laughs.

In South Co. Dublin alone, in the last few days, I found these gems:

- 59 Mount Albany, Newtown Park Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, A94DW93 is for sale on Daft.ie - it's the bathroom for me... this'll go for a cool million despite the bathroom...

- 5 The Apex, Kilmainham, Dublin 8, D08AN19 is for sale on Daft.ie - only time to paint the one ceiling it seems. But no worries, wallpaper for everyone

- Summerville, 21 Cross Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin, A94K1V0 is for sale on Daft.ie pretty much all revolting including the exterior. Exception only for the cool library landing! Would like to clarify that I cannot afford this.

Now listen, stamp duty is only 1% in ireland, so form an orderly queue.

Love the bathroom, I'd try and keep that suite!
