So much money! I don't know about Penarth - is it a lovely place?

The bathrooms are dated. Nice pool.

Yep Penarth is considered a very affluent area, it’s lovely there tbh, cute little town, pier, esplanade, sea views (if you don’t mind those sea views being the Bristol Chanel), close to the capital city. It’s got a fair bit going for it, but 3.5 million’s worth 🤔 not too sure about that. Houses are expensive in this part tho

Tabby and Johnny's mum and dad apparently. Maybe they like the instrument to keep going out of tune from the temperature fluctuations.
I did wonder if the flames had been photoshopped in as they're all really blazing but no I think they lit all the fires for the pics. The house is beautiful, I guarantee that if my family lived there the armchair next to the bath would be covered in damp towels most of the time and my daughter would have dropped a bottle of bath oil on it.

That wallpaper would have to go ; I'd want greens, whites, creams and golds in there, painted walls ... love the kitchen as is
