Which is about the only good thing on it! Damp, infestation, asbestos, and lead pipework. Rebuild value is over £2 million and it's listed, so insurance is going to be spectacular, plus it would be difficult to find a mortgage with that much land. I'll buy a lottery ticket for the Euromillions and see what happens

I love this. Know it won’t be to everyone’s taste but it’s been very nicely done up in 1930s/50s style.
