Just seen that shes mentioned self settling in her latest story. Hope she knows it's developmentally impossible for a baby so young to self settle or regulate their needs/feelings in any way.

She also makes motherhood sound like such a chore always followed up by a quick disclaimer that she LOVES motherhood and is the happiest she's EVER been. Okay, if you're that happy... stop moaning?

The woman's obsessed with name-dropping and trying to hang around celebs or reality-show people. 🙄 Embarrassing.

She talks to her viewers like they're totally thick and loves showing herself off. Definitely in eating disorder/ obsessive exercise territory, which is a really bad example to show to her followers, many of who are young girls. (She had admitted she had an eating disorder in the past and, in her previous posts on insta a year or so ago, it looks like she had tiny portions and measured all her food, which definitely rings alarm bells of issues with food). Loves to talk about the bloody obvious when it comes to nutrition and passes that off as some sort of huge revelation that she had researched about and come up with a theory all by herself. Really irritating smugness and a total narcissist.

I could see her giving birth at The Portland. 😂
This is the image she actually wants to give off to everyone, that of quite a posh, affluent luxury mummy blogger, because it helps her get the sponsorships and gifts. However, she's anything but posh or nice, and is just an attention seeking wannabe who's fame-hungry, has a massive ego, and is just dying to mix with celebs. I've been seeing her activities from before her insta campaign that she did to increase followers a few years ago and she's seriously fake in her persona and image.

She preaches that everything in moderation is fine but then bad mouths certain foods and puts them in categories like “oh I’ve got chocolate round my mouth” as if that’s a naughty thing to do
She genuinely sees food like chocolate as the devil which is why she restricts so much. She always makes a point about saying how she’ll never do a ‘what I eat in a day’ video because she’s blatantly anorexic. She was petrified of gaining weight in pregnancy so starved herself both before and after Z was born. I would be amazed if she consumes over 1000 calories a day.

Ahhhh so now we know why Rhiannon has been dropping her little hints about her traumatising birth story. It’s to create interest in the series finale of her podcast all about her birth story! You know, the one she’s been too traumatised to talk about.
Oh ffs I should have seen this coming :ROFLMAO: also I just watched those stories and find it so weird that she's sat in a busy park filming herself talking about her podcast and birth story. Surely the people nearby must be thinking she's a bit of a twat? Granted the whole vlogger thing hasn't really come to my area but I'm pretty sure I'd have people laughing at me if I went and did that round here!

Exactly, remember her disgust at the menu at the soft play! She is so obsessed about everything. Newsflash Rhi - nobody cares about when other people’s children’s teeth come through. Teething has only felt so constant for her because she blames any little difference in Z’s behaviour on teething. I feel sorry for Z growing up with the expectation that he has to be perfect all the time.

I noticed a couple of comments on the coconut water post about how she doesn’t declare ads properly & she deleted them! She’s such a smug faced liar, how does she get away with it 😤

I bet she’s fuming she can’t bang on anymore about how she gave birth during the ‘week of the peak’ 🙄

I really don’t understand her story today. She says she was a week away from her due date when we locked down but she didn’t have her baby til 19/4 (I checked as she is always saying he was born the week of the peak and I didn’t think that was until a little while after we went into lockdown). Mathematically I don’t see how that can be especially as she says she was high risk. 19/4 is 27 days away which means they would have let her go nearly 3 weeks overdue if her due date was 7 days away! I imagine she was high risk due to GD as she has mentioned she has diabetes in her family and I just can’t imagine them allowing her to go nearly 3 weeks overdue.
You are completely right, they could have gone to the seaside if they wanted to at points during the last year. They went away to spas quite a few times so if it meant that much to her they could have gone.
Anyone that has had a baby through this pandemic it must have been so hard but Rhiannon does like to constantly remind people how bad it’s been for her and it’s just a bit boring now.

Definitely looking gaunt and balding and I reckon even Gary Barlow wouldn't like that look.

I was not at all impressed when she posted a full length bikini shot of herself on her Rhitrition page. For people struggling with an ED it would have been very triggering to see. She got her separate account for this self indulgent shit and it should stay there. I used to like her so much, but since she’s transitioned to patronising yummy mummy she’s becoming insufferable to watch.
She's incredibly disingenuous and self indulgent.

Even worse is “sophieshealthykitchen” who works at rhitrition - I can’t believe someone in her family hasn’t intervened she looks severely Underweight (and has just given birth)
I agree...Sophie looks incredibly unhealthy. I loathe how they are portraying an extremely inaccurate image of health. Both are clearly eating disordered themselves, but making a mint from the Harley Street "darling". practice!

If I booked in to an eating disorder nutrition clinic to speak to someone and this was the person running it I’d be very concerned! She looks really ill and gaunt 😞
Looks like a child!

She seems absolutely obsessed with his sleep routine and micro analysing everything about it. Im also confused about all these “leaps” and “regressions” that she talks about. Anyone explain what they are? It’s like he’s a work project that she needs to investigate and understand so she can document it, he’s just a kid, stop using apps, stop overthinking it and just look after him. The amount of stress she’s creating for no reason is insane.
She just needs to "mother" and forget being competitive about it.

She is looking so gaunt - I’m not trying to body shame her here but she’s meant to be advising people on a healthy balanced eating routine? I actually wince at the neck and shoulders on a lot of her images. She may well be predisposed to be of slight build but she just looks so drawn.
And yes - so busy but time to set up the phone to film herself during all of it. When I’m flat out I’m lucky if I remember to brush my hair or have a wee before I leave the house. 😳

Working out with her strategically placed #gifted pram on her stories. How these complete narcissists try to deceive their followers is truly pathetic. The pram has wheels love, it can easily be rolled out of the way if necessary.

I followed the Wonder Weeks when my little one was younger, sometimes it fit and sometimes it didn't. I felt like I was constantly trying to figure out if he was in a 'leap' and reading up on the developments he was about to make, it took the fun out of letting it happen organically. It can be useful but like everything else it feels like Rhi takes it to an extreme that most would find restricting. Like her son can't possibly be just having an off day, it has to be because of a leap or a regression or something she can put a name on.
