Tbf, it's a small wedding compared to most Irish weddings.
She says in the comments that urika got hers too. Her comment is “we all have them now”
Considering how anal she is about planning and looking the best possible. It seems very fishy that she suddenly is planning something last minute? Not her style at all. Probably been planning it for 3 years and her saying doesn’t have a dress? The girl has a wedding guest dress organised a year in advance.
The smaller wedding is definitely a stress response to not being able to cope with outdoing her influencer counterparts. Probably tried to plan the big event and got decision fatigue and realised it would cost 200k to even compete. Especially when they have had quite lavish parties for their 30ths etc. It doesn’t add up.
It will be refreshing to see an insta hun do something different and not succumb to the pressure but because it’s Retro, her doing low key doesn’t make sense.

I would be inclined to agree. They have lived in US so long now, would make it hard to keep up friendships in Ireland. And they seem to mostly keep to their own little foursome in the US.
I wonder is it happening in some boutique exclusive wedding venue in the Hamptons that they have been on a wait list for. Maybe a last minute cancellation date came up hence the rush now to get everything done. And also could explain the smaller guest list, cuts a lot of extended family and aquantinces out that may not want to fly out.
That really makes me think that both sisters have gotten married at say city hall, and why the wedding is a small event. Nothing wrong with doing things the way they’re doing it.
Yeah I agree. I wonder if there is some restriction on working while your green card comes through if you do it through your partner? Might be why they stopped posting. We will see if the posting ramps up again now.

It could be the lack of friends. But look at someone like Laura Dorgan who is been there for ages too. If she was getting married she would have so many at it. Retro probably closes herself off with the paranoia and obsession with perfectionism.

She is only looking for attention, she has deff everything planned well in advance, she has her dress but was waiting for the green card. She does nothing last minute. Shocked it is only 80 because she has a very big family not many friends. Her school friends here in Killarney don't like her because she has stopped talking to them since she thinks she came up in the world
Agree, everything is planned out to excruciating detail already and her putting up any call for suggestions is just an engagement ploy to show companies for freebies. We’ve seen how her and the sister don’t do birthdays even by halves so this wedding will be the same.
Her engagement is dire. Think she expected a big ordeal on the post about them getting married. Barely comments from all the fake huns. Hiding likes as usual.
You can’t not post for basically a year and expect the same engagement. Most influencers post multiple times a day to keep the ball rolling.

She’s getting married in Adare Manor in march. Only booked it a few weeks ago apparently… all seems very rushed
Surely Adare Manor has bookings for the next few years… she got a cancellation? Would be doubtful you can get that venue at short notice….. unless she booked originally a small wedding cause and will say it’s cause it’s all last minute. Maybe that’s all the can afford us a small wedding in Adare (which is more than probably most people) but not like that big US/IE wedding in the summer that went viral with the hundreds of guests and endless parties with gifts
Adare is spendy: minimum €325 per wedding guest, plus €5000 to use the function room, and it's 150 guest minimum.
54 grand before buying a dress, flowers, photographers and videographers plus the million other things that cost the same regardless of number of guests - that's a serious chunk of change!
There's the Gallery too, but it only accommodates about 50 guests (presumably the room hire is a lot cheaper but even if it's free, that's nearly 17 grand just to feed everyone!). Is she going that small I wonder?
Erika would never have a wedding like the one that went viral because she's too dry altogether and hasn't that many friends. I don't even mean that as an insult
