Robert Carradine's death was a suicide, he was bipolar. I knew he was in an acting dynasty, but to read through the family origins and custody battle his parents fought over him and his brothers Christopher and Keith? He didn't even know his real mother until he was introduced to her at a Christmas party at age 14. It is quite the read.

I was trying to explain to co-worker a couple of weeks ago who Neil Sedaka was. She's mid 50s but claimed to have never heard of him!!! Me and another girl were reeling off songs he'd written and performed. Of which there were loads.

Amarillo was the only one she said she knew. She's getting Neil Sedaka's greatest hits as her secret santa gift (if she's still here )

One of my favourites is One More Ride on the Merry Go Round. Brilliant song.

And I honestly didn't know Neil had also contributed to Ring Ring by Abba.
