I don't know what their apartment setup is like, but the little I saw it's not a quality building so I don't blame them for moving to the resort.
Orlando is under flash flood warnings now with the hurricane still at a Cat 3, should be lowering soon, I hope.

Plus, their mom, sister, niece and nephew are with them so I think it's Mom trying to keep them all safe and together. I would do the same with my kids.
