So, she messaged me prior to the Monaco GP when she still had her old profile picture- definitely her, as when I click on the chat it has her new profile pic and I can access her feed from there
when it comes to the fan account's stories being viewed by Rebecca- somehow with her old profile pic- I got bunch of ngl messages saying that a lot of people keep seeing her old profile pic as well (they havent updated Instagram/Insta glitch)- so that may be the case

one thing is sure though - an impressive amount of little "dramas" surrounding one person

yeah, I think her family should be left alone if they don't appear anywhere willingly
but speaking of public records, she literally had a company with that guy mentioned above "just a friend" . it is still visible in the records. it was closed, so maybe it never started activities and of course it is possible that it was just an impulse to have it and nothing came out of it, so she could have forgotten. what I mean is though, once you start explaining yourself to strangers, you can fall into the trap.
