she knows what the signs look like as they are all up around Brum for the congestion charge when that comes into effect in London they are actually more visible it even says if you continue to drive you must pay the charge or some crap on signs (or it did when I last went so I apologise if it doesn’t now).
And another thing low emissions and congestion charge are the same thing. The letter she storied is for exactly the same date, time and road. Not 2 separate letters the same one. Why would you go somewhere like London where the CC has caused uproar over the years and not researched where you have to pay?!

The ULEZ and congestion charge are different! I had to get a new car that was ULEZ compliant so that I didn’t have to pay the two separate charges! It’s such a joke either way, she should’ve researched it!
