Has anyone listened to Everything Eileen on Brian Dowlings podcast, she talks about grief, just really sad. Similar situation to Rachel, she wants her daughter to be remembered and talked about and doesn't want her kids to just remember growing up in a sad house.
I like Rachel, she seems lovely, a great Mam, hope she doesn't change too much, you can already see she has started talking like other influencers, saying unboxing, etc
I've no doubt she is grieving and Daniel was the love of her life and she would give up all the ads to have him back tomorrow

I actually feel sick reading the messages from followers telling her how wonderful she is for donating to Enable Ireland in Tkmaxx. She is getting paid she is not doing it from the kindness in heart. It does not get much lower than that I'm afraid and that shows the type of person she is.

We can’t always control our behaviour in times of grief and enormous loss. Rachel may be laughing a lot, but don’t we all put on a brave face when we’re having a bad day? She’s heartbroken, and grieving, but by the looks of things, thankfully, not depressed - which it seems some people on here expect her to be? I for one welcome her cheerful nature, and I’m sure that helps her kids too. I definitely agree that she needs to be more careful and share less, there is too much exposure of the kids, and of her husband’s resting place. You just don’t know what sort of crazies are out there, and the kids will have a hard time managing their social-emotional well-being if they are constantly reminded of their dads death. I remember growing up that adults outside of my immediate family would remind me of my mom dying when I was a baby. It made me feel vulnerable and very exposed - and the same can be said for my siblings. Life is easier if you can have a ‘normal’ life at home and not be reminded of death and ‘missing’ someone, but to be reminded of fun and happy stories. I don’t think I heard a relatable story about my mother until I was in my late 20s - Irish people tend to make the deceased into saints, and don’t communicate their human qualities. These are early days for Rachel and none of us can truly relate as every circumstance is different. Good luck to her, she’ll regulate the over-sharing in time, but I hope it’s sooner rather than later for her family’s sake. She is perfectly entitled to make a career from Instagram though - I’d much rather a lovely girl like her be successful than fools like Kieran Corrigan and the fashion air-heads.

Finally a thread for the drama queen.. the merry widow. It's not normal dont care what anyone says to carry on like she is. Cashin in on a very sad situation. She looks relieved if you ask me. To perfect to be true
I have to say saying she looks relieved is absolutely outrageous. I can’t believe people can be so cruel about her. She’s lost the love of her life far too young and is trying her best by her kids and I think her family couldn’t be anymore supportive to her. She deserves the best and my heart breaks for her and there’s no right or wrong way to grieve. We do what we have to to survive the rollercoaster of emotions it brings

The way she goes on over the kids brushing their teeth and "ruining" her bathroom sink with toothpaste would grate on you . They are 3 young kids what do you expect .
A Q&A about her bathroom seriously!! Someone asked where does she keep her towels!! 😩😩😩

Her mask has well and truly slipped. She isn't a weak and feeble women and and I get the impression she would stamp on anyone who gets in her way. I feel terrible for his family. Someone criticised her a few months ago and you could see she was mad to unleash on them but couldn't let the mask slip. I honestly can't stand her and think her flaunting the money is so tasteless and honestly the whole thing is so disrespectful. She may have to be less careful but thousands of others are very sick and need the rest of us to be careful.... And there she is on top of a bus having a great old time.
Well it would have if she was wearing one🙄

You can’t fix stupid unfortunately but my god we can sedate it...it’d take a mighty amount of 10 and 4 but definitely worth it.
It takes a special type of ego to not give a fuck like that. You would think losing your bloody soulmate would give you a new found appreciation for human life & sacrifice. Obviously not when a free botte of tan is at stake. I sure am thankful for what I have, and the effort that the actual regular joe soaps next door are doing for us during the pandemic. Not these absolute clowns

I don't think anyone would begrudge this girl the free stuff etc that she does.
And credit where it's due, she does a sterling job at advertising anything, from sweets to tan.
But I have to disagree with the it's better than going out to work lark. She doesn't have a mortgage, obviously has money behind her as renovations/work completions are still going on, so she's nothing to be pitied on in that respect.
I think Andrea Roche has taken pure advantage of her situation and has misguided her. At a time when grief needs to be done, private or public is her own decision, but advising her or allowing her to film at his grave is a step too far. Daniel has family aswell, not just her side. They are grieving just as much. I feel they have no privacy.
She's also filming far too much around her house and property. We know the entrance, the garage, the inside....she's leaving herself far too open for when she will eventually be living on her own without her mother or family staying over. It looks like an isolated spot. She's is open to assholes coming to see what worth taking and tbh, it looks fairly lavish and may have stuff worth taking.

Hardly jealousy! More like people are fed up of her begging! Ooh poor me please send me some freebies xoxo

Why else would you come on your stories crying or share pics of you sitting on the bathroom floor crying at night.. I know she said she wants to show people the ‘reality of grieving’ but anyone that’s lost anyone will know exactly what it’s like.

I like her and her page but I think some things should be private and not all over Instagram or any social media platform, like her husbands grave and the crying into the phone screen.

Comparing Chrissy to Rachel is silly. Chrissy Is famous and very well known for something. Rachel is exploiting her husbands sickness/death for insta fame. There’s a msssive difference. And people aren’t just commenting on her grieving. Don’t just pick 1 thing from a long list of things

Its a completely different situation losing your husband to losing your brother or a parent. They expected to raise their family together and grow old together. The life theyd planned is gone, social media is a distraction for her. I'm sure when she goes to bed at night she is so lonely so if being on her phone talking to strangers comforts her for a bit then that's good. I have two friends who are young widows with young children and they get up every morning and put on their make up cos its a couple of minutes of their day occupied when they don't have to think of the life they lost.
Not one bit different actually quiet a thick remark it’s still a person who was loved my brother was 31 what’s the difference between him and Daniels death 🤷‍♀️ he had a family kids a wife his whole life ahead of him i can say my sister in law isn’t acting like Rachel. She’s showing us herself the kids respect and love she had for her husband my brother. She most certainly isn’t online using the death every day before an #ad appears. I won’t be commenting on this thread any longer people who think her behaviour is normal are as bad as her. My heart goes to Daniels family and them kids zero privacy zero time to grieve privately.

Well well well Queen Rachel’s crown is starting to slip. Even if there was no such thing as covid how in the name of god could she leave her children on the 6 month anniversary of their fathers passing. Can she not see how lost and sad her oldest child looks all the time?
It was only a week or two ago that she left them for the weekend to head off to Galway. I’m not saying she should never enjoy her life again but it’s such early days. It’s been 6 months!!! There’s been such upheaval in her children’s lives she should be at home with them supporting them through going back to school etc instead of hanging off a bus thinking she’s some sort of celebrity 😡😡she’s a selfish bitch!!!

And who these days has €400 to spend on a fecking washing line!!! She’s totally lost touch of reality the timid and sweet girl she portrayed at the start is well and truly gone!!

The wall to wall silence from them all is deafening Wonder were they told to say nothing until it blows over. They definitely blew any chances of floggers getting paid to promote positive covid rules. This crowd of muppets are to self centered to think of the bigger picture.

I'm more annoyed with Rachel than anyone else she has been playing us for fools. She is the primary carer for those vulnerable girls who are going through their own grief as a parent who had a 16 year old in hospital it's absolutely no fun she won't be at their bedside if they are unlucky enough to catch this horrible virus. Even her as a floggers won't be able to flount the rules.

Numbers just in for today 613 new covid cases and 10 deaths fucking muppets should be mortified. Hope she and any other clown that was in Belfast restricts their movements and dont send their children to school for the next 10 days. She can't worm her way out of this with some shit show of a story and a few tears.

I didn’t realize it was Daniels 6th month anniversary today😢you’d think she’d be with her girls hugging them a bit tighter tonight. The oldest girl knows what going on it’s her my heart breaks for the most

People who lose their spouse's offen go on to marry again. Eventually the grief eases. A brother, mother, father, child cannot be replaced. So the grief can last a lifetime. I also know young widows and widower and they end up finding love again. Some don't. It's all very tragic.

I think she needs to cut it out with the filming the kids with sad music over it. Really sad music . They're playing in the park and she has sobbing music over their videos. "John smells just like daddy ". Just stop filming moments those kids are having. Let them grieve without the camera.

Well isnt she a good business women then.. round of applause for her! Has all you jealous of her freebies only thing I get from reading all these comments is how bitter alot of people here are... so so so sad 🤣🤣🤣
Jealous? No definitely not. She almost read out the last letter her husband wrote to her which im sure had very very personal things in it, to do with them and their little girls. She has basically sold not only her tragedy but her daughters, his family and his friends tragedy over and over again. If IG was just a distraction/hobby to keep her mind off things why contact Mrs hinch, so sue, Terri, Kieran corrigan?? I know I only came across her because Kieran plugged her more than anything. Some people are protesting a little bit too much.
