I don’t want to defend her, but in legal terms you are allowed to have a phone in your hand whilst driving if you were deprived of trainers as a teenager.

An Open Letter to Edie

Dear Edie,

You don’t know me, and I don’t know you. That’s exactly as it should be.

Children deserve the chance to grow up making mistakes in private, changing their minds, trying on different identities and discovering who they are without thousands of strangers watching. They deserve the freedom to have awkward phases, difficult days and deeply personal moments that belong only to them.

If your childhood has been shared more publicly than you ever would have chosen, I hope you know one thing above everything else: your story still belongs to you.

The internet may contain photographs, videos and memories that other people uploaded, but it does not define who you are. It cannot tell you what your values should be, what relationships you build or what future you create. You will always have the right to decide which parts of yourself you keep private and which parts you share.

Many adults make decisions believing they are doing the best they can with the opportunities in front of them. Sometimes those decisions age well. Sometimes they don’t. The important thing is that people can change.

If your mother ever reaches a point where she decides that protecting your future matters more than sharing your present, that choice would not erase the past, but it could shape the years ahead. It is never too late for a parent to say, “I’ve learned something,” to draw new boundaries, to remove what can be removed and to put their child’s wellbeing ahead of engagement, income or public attention.

Children are not brands. They are not content strategies. They are not marketing assets or storylines. They are people whose consent cannot truly be given until they understand the consequences.

I hope that as you grow older, you find adults around you who recognise that your privacy is precious. I hope you discover hobbies that nobody films, conversations that nobody records and achievements that exist simply because they matter to you.

Most of all, I hope you know that your worth has never depended on likes, views or followers. It has never depended on being entertaining, relatable or marketable.

You deserve to be known for who you choose to become, not only for what was chosen to be shared about you.

The future is still unwritten.
And so is your story

100%. Even with her negative spin on everything, it looks amazing and like a holiday that me and my partner would love every second of.

But then her favourite holiday destination was probably Dubai, and we all know the sort of people who go or want to go to Dubai. I heard a comedian say that Dubai is like when you go for a picnic and you put a bit of jam nearby to attract the wasps and keep them away from you, Dubai is the jam for cunts 😂😂
I'm actually embarrassed for Betsy, she is communicating and trying to get to know the locals and her pig ignorant mother is cackling and taking the piss. Betsy is also trying to show them and get them to experience things of interest, which is why she went off travelling in the first place. Hats off to Betsy, she is living the dream and enjoying every minute of it. Rachel in future don't bother, you appreciate absolutely nothing. Maybe donate some food to your pantry with the money instead and give your huns a break from having to shell out. We all know of course that will never happen 🥲

I think that some people need to remember that Edie is just a child, she isn't a nightmare or any of the other things she has been called here, she is a product of her environment and there is no wonder her behaviour is as it is right now, anyone watching her life for the last 10 years it has been shared online could see this coming a mile off.

We shouldn't know any of the things we do, and just take a second to think about the fact that the narrative that is being written about her currently is being written by the one person who should be protecting her, but instead has placed her in the public eye, used her ups and downs to fund her lifestyle. Every single opinion you have of that child is based on what her mum has told you about her and that is exactly why her behaviour is as it is right now.

She can still turn things around, but right now she is struggling and behaving in the only way she knows how.

I honestly think that people should think before commenting about her going forward as she can read all of this. She isn't even a teenager yet, I am sure seeing herself called all of the things she has been here, because of what her mother has shared, will become part of the reasons that her behaviour spirals, her mum is obviously unwilling to protect her, her dad is trying but her mum continues to trample all over his efforts because she is a selfish money hungry cow, we don't need to add to things by believing the portrait she is painting.

Her mum deserves all of the comments she gets about her parenting but those children do not deserve any of it, and are not who Rachaele portrays them as at all.

Betsy is nothing like Rachaele portrayed her to be, and everything like we saw her to be in the recent holiday stories, and I believe Edie has time to change her story too!

So WHY exactly is she behaving in this way Ratshit? Could it possibly be the fact that you and your wetwipe husband have barely bothered to even attempt to parent her, letting her do whatever she wants without any repercussions? Is it because you've monetised her childhood and privacy since she was a toddler? Is it because you've spread lies and bullshit about her dad and his family for most of her life?

So quick to blame the school, yet EVERY SINGLE ONE of the children in that house has had various issues with schooling. Maybe look at the common denominator hun.

Sounds like Edie is a little shit but it's absolutely not her fault, it's the way she's been raised.

She goes on about the grief of a child who hasnt died but you cant see.

Oh the irony. It was ok when you wouldn’t let another mother see her children though?

Edie’s behaviour now isn’t a result of a few months parenting from her dad, it’s from the lifetime of parenting in the house of horrors.

Oh cry me a river Rachelelele. Your kid is an entitled spoilt little brat. She has ALWAYS been an entitled spoilt little brat. The audacity to believe she should be able to behave how she wants and wear what she wants and everyone should pander to it - just fuck OFF. If they let Edie have it however she wants how the fuck will they instil any discipline at all in any of the other kids?? It would be carnage.

When you yourself admit that there has been a problem with EVERY SINGLE ONE of your children, perhaps you need to look at the common denominator- YOU.
Remember the video(s) from around the time E was in her last year of primary school and she & R were finding it hilarious that she was being pulled up for wearing false eyelashes/nails? Not only were those things totally age inappropriate, but it was the way Ratsh!t was literally telling her child that the teachers had no authority whatsoever over her and she could do whatever the hell she liked. Exactly the same scenario as her telling L she could skip her exam, and then kicking up a stink so she didn't actually face any consequences for it.

I always thought E was a spoiled brat with the potential to be the worst of the lot, but the fact that her Dad intervened, she moved in with him and was kept offline for a while gave me some hope that maybe it wasn't too late for her... That doesn't appear to be the case and the only thing R said in her saggy-titted/shrek headwear rant which rings true is that "the damage has already been done". Not by the school for trying to instil some discipline into a badly-behaved brat, but BY HER and her endless shitty parenting.

It blows my mind that any publisher has ever thrown money at this scummy mummy to write about how to navigate family life, when she constantly documents and delights in the delinquent behaviour of her biological and stolen children alike.

It makes me so cross when she says E’s behaviour issues are ‘minor’. When you’re a teacher with 30+ students in a class and you’ve got constant low level disruption and defiance, it’s draining! It’s why I left the profession.

Her crap parenting is the problem entirely here and I’m sick of her jumping on other people’s very valid experiences of their children struggling at school to try and validate her own utterly shitty lack of parental responsibility.

Her Dad has allowed her to have those nails and god awful make up as well.
To be fair, maybe he was picking his battles. Working on some bigger issues before tackling the nails and make-up. My friend was recently fostering her 14 year old niece who has spent her life being passed back and forth between her mum, dad and grandparents. My friend decided to work on one thing at a time, so first a consistent bedtime and attendance at school, rather than hammering her with everything all at once.

I do believe that allowing supervised access to alcohol for under 18s is ok and a lot better than them sneaking around and getting it anyway (eg taking a couple of cocktail cans or bottles of beer to a party etc). Bragging about it like a badge of honour to your 275k followers that your 16 year old stepson in the middle of his GCSEs was out in a city an hour from home getting drunk is really really not. Especially when said stepson has "trauma" from his birth mother's alcohol use, and his dad is a Devon and Cornwall police officer on a career break (haha). Parenting goals she is not.

Long time lurker here, I love the way tattlers call out truly awful people and this woman has to be one of the worst I’ve ever seen.

i only wanted to come on to say that as far as not sitting the exam goes, students are entered a long time in advance. Each GCSE exam entry costs the school, and therefore the tax payer, about £40 to £60. The entries can be cancelled and refunded but this has to be done quite some time in advance of the exams, and schools are loathe to do it as they don’t want to damage students chances, for example lots of children suffer from exam anxiety but could easily change their minds about wanting to sit the exams and late fees are even higher. (Private entries are much higher, often over a hundred pounds each, so state school exam fees are actually a bargain)

My long winded point is that her daughter‘s exam fees for exams which were not sat, would have amounted to several hundreds of pounds lost to the school’s budget, and therefore the taxpayer. People like her who are so entitled and take so much for granted, and then complain about the consequences of their poor choices, piss me off no end, especially when they are whining and expecting sympathy on social media.

Jesus fucking Christ, is there NOTHING this woman can't make all about herself?

And sorry, but I thought when she was Lula's age she was living in a bedsit, off her face on drink and drugs, clubbing every night between sticking drugs up her fanny to take on the train all over the country? How did she fit nursing her dying nan 24/7 into her busy schedule?

Also I fully agree with how disgusting filming her mum in a hospital bed is FFS, give the poor woman some dignity and privacy

If they were a normal, loving family (exactly the family she likes to make out they are), they would have gone during the school holidays and surprised the children with a reunion. Wilby was very close to Betsy when she was at home (probably because she did 80% of the childcare), I bet he would love to see her again. Tallulah was at one point too, she and B have a lot of shared history and used to see their older sisters together regularly. Betsy even attended a meeting at T’s school when Rachel was away (yet again):

Instead, they’ve left the kids with other people. Wilby is 6 years old and both of his parents are the other side of the world; that fact alone makes me anxious for him. Not to mention the two vulnerable teens struggling through exams right now. Insane levels of selfishness.

I love my hairdresser, but she's the same kind of parent as Ratshit 😬 she's got two teen girls, the older one is currently doing her GCSEs and has been in a school for kids with "challenging behaviour" for the last few years, she's apparently got ADHD and autism, but has been vaping/smoking weed/having unrestricted access to her phone (including looking at porn) since she was about 12. Her mum is constantly making excuses for her and not exactly encouraging her behaviour, but also not addressing it. As an example, when she was about 14 her and a mate sneaked out and went to a nightclub, she didn't even get told off.

The other daughter is a couple of years younger and was absolutely fine until she started secondary school, she'd obviously seen her sister get away with behaving exactly how she wants and decided she'd go down the same route. Not long ago I was in having my hair cut and my hairdresser said "oh she rang me at lunchtime to say she'd been suspended, I asked her what for and she said the teacher wasn't listening to her and sent her to isolation. Then the school rang and I just said to them "you wouldn't listen to my daughter so I'm not listening to you" and put the phone down" 🫣 absolutely no chance that your feral kid might be lying, or was being ignored because she was calling the teacher a wanker or something?

There's no hope when this is the sort of people the schools are up against, is it?

How many times do they have to say “she’s definitely in Australia as she sent my videos and pictures 🤔 🕵️‍♂️
Also she has no idea where Columbo is but B has been there as she’s left something at the hotel? Surely you would know where your daughter was staying in a foreign country 🤔 🕵️‍♂️
Let’s all meet back here tomorrow night to discuss the “surprise reunion” and we can work out a punishment for those who felt sorry for her 😂

So she’s in Manchester today because they have an event tomorrow. Babe, you do know you’re a parent? In fact, being a parent is your USP. So where are all your exceptionally high needs kids while you’re pissing about in Manchester?
"So we've just dropped Lula back to college because she's decided to go back after quitting a couple of weeks ago, she's got exams coming up and she's so autistic and anxious that it's a really tough time for her. So anyway, we're pissing off to Manchester for the night. Also my perma-tanned wetwipe husband is taking me away for a surprise trip for my birthday, which will just happen to fall during Isaac's exams"

And she wonders why the teenagers are "so hard" to parent.

Remember when she was little and had to be allowed to blow out birthday candles and open presents on other people's birthdays? At the time Raq was all "hahaha isn't it so cute that she loses her mind if she can't do it"? This is what happens when you encourage that behaviour and the kid grows up 🤷
