Took the other one of them tests &....

I second this - I drove myself mad as mine went up really slowly with this pregnancy. I was 1-2 weeks for aaages. I would open them up to look at the colour of the lines which you’re not meant to do. Ended up on the phone to the doctor crying (after a previous loss). That pregnancy is now a 1 week old baby asleep on my chestCongratulations XX . Don’t take anymore of the weeks tests. I did and mine never went up, I was getting myself into a right state thinking why are the numbers going up. But everything was fine. And when I mentioned it on a baby site some mums said these tests were banned in some countries xx
I always thought the opposite was true with pregnancy tests. False negatives are more likely as you may be getting a negative result due to it being too early to determine.Don't know how true this is but I think you can have a false positive but not a false negative.
Hey I'm okay - pain isn't as bad & bleeding ain't as heavy. One of my friends has just announced on Facebook she's pregnant though and it felt a bit weird like normally i would just comment being like congratulations but I didn't want to just made me feel sad, but I did in the end and then I got a bit sad deleting the pregnancy app I was using.. My friend was saying a few things that just have made me feel worse but then I don't want to say anything to cause an argument neither but why be like "at least you can drink again woo" Like that's the most important thing x
Sending you a big hug tooI’m sorry to hear that, I don’t think miscarriage is talked about enough, seeing what skinnyTurkeydinosaur is going through is making me be very realistic about my pregnancy, I’m trying not to get attached. But alot of people seem to talk like once you are pregnant that it’s a given it will be ok. It’s really opened my eyes to be honest. I’m heartbroken for our friend here and I’m just taking things step at a time. I do think it’s should be talked about more.
Sending everyone love who’s had a mc, and who knows it may happen to me. We never know what’s intended do we? Much love and hugs xx
Im so so sorry, and I'm heartbroken you were on your own. As a midwife I can categorically state it wasn't your fault. Drinking how you did would not have caused this. Sadly at times these things happen and nothing anyone does can prevent it. Please know you have all our love on this thread and we are here for you. Sending you an over the Internet hug xxxxThank you so much everyone on here for being so lovely and I don't think I would've even went hospital if it wasn't for people on here being like you should go. I got to the hospital at 10.30 last night and didn't get out until 5am, after a lot of tests, had a drip, they checked me down there. The doctor said it is a early miscarriage and I just need to go home and rest, take tablets for the pain and it shouldnt be as bad in a few days and the stress not eating and everything will be affecting me a lot as well. So I then had to go speak to a psychologist cos they were worried about me because I was just so stressed, tired, confused, crying I kept having to ask them to repeat everything they just said. Then he said I could leave and it was 5am I had no one with me and no way of getting home cos I didn't want to phone and ask anyone because I'd wake them up, first bus wasn't until 7 and I explained to the security guy can I just sit inside here I've been seen but it's so cold and I'm in so much pain because the seats outside is so uncomfortable and I need to charge my phone and he was like no we can't have you inside here if youve been seen because of coronavirus so I was just standing outside for two hours crying in pain then got the bus at seven, got home at eight and went to sleep for a bit so just thought I'd let you all know that I'm okay at least I went to the hospital so I know now although it was really hard and I still feel so awful and in pain the now but I will be fine soon hopefully Xx
Oh my sweetheart I’m so so sorry. I’m sorry for your loss but also that you were alone and cold and confused. It really breaks my heart to know you were all by yourself. Are you still by yourself?Thank you so much everyone on here for being so lovely and I don't think I would've even went hospital if it wasn't for people on here being like you should go. still bleeding and still in a lot of pain feel so dizzy just walking round the house. It's rubbish like but I'll be okay thank you, and everyone else on here you all have been so lovely xThinking about you @SkinnyTurkeyDinosaur how have things been the rest of today?
I called 111 and they said because I'm only 5 weeks to just see if it gets any heavier then go to the hospital and if it doesn't everything could be okay. Just rest and in a week take another pregnancy test and if it's still positive would be okay but if it's not it most likely is chemical pregnancy/ early miscarriage xxI'd advise going to A&E, or an early pregnancy unit if you have one (A&E can refer you). Sometimes women bleed during pregnancy for no sinister reason. I hope all is ok xxx
This is what women supporting women looks like and it's beautiful.I want to send love to all the ladies on this thread, so many stories of loss and hard roads to motherhood, and so many who haven’t started the journey yet but are supporting others. X
