I’d be interested in giving the GAA catfish a go…is there a particular pod? I searched it on my apple podcast thing that I use and it brought up some random stuff.I started off with the red-handed podcast but it made me a bit uncomfortable listening to some of the stories as the girls would laugh at really inappropriate times.
I listen to seeing red now. They have a great selection of true crime, both a mixed bag of solved and unsolved cases. I find both hosts really easy to listen too and they really bring their chosen stories to life in my opinion.
The GAA catfish is something else. A story you cannot even begin to describe. Once you listen to it there's a few threads on tattle somewhere about it that make for interesting reading.
Thanks for the recommendation from dick wolf I LOVE all things law and order so will give that podcast a listen tomorrow

Just finished Hoaxed which was a good one, from the host of the Sweet Bobby podcast.
I also like Wheel of Misfortune on bbc sounds, Alison Spittle makes me laugh. She was a guest on the Off Menu podcast which I’ve only recently found and absolutely love! Working my way through the back catalogue.

Is anyone listening to Older & Wider by Jenny Eclair and Judith Holder? I find it interesting but I have noticed Jenny can be hard faced. She described her mother dying as a relief and also never collected her father's ashes and just left them at the crematorium! Judith is ok but her laugh can be irritating.
I’ve never come across someone who enjoyed ear hustle like I did! It was my firm favourite for so long and the first podcast I loved and got into!

I will have a listen! Is it from the book she ‘wrote’ at 14 or the one from later on? The titles of the pods are very similar! I looked at yours, looks good! Will defo try the Lena Dunham one. I’m half way through the Jessica Simpson one on mine, another shocker.

I have been obsessed with watching the Johnny depp trial and have been watching Emily D baker on YouTube and discovered she has podcasts too she’s brilliant !

I am very much enjoying "A Short history of", it's quite similar to every other historical podcast (I do like a historical podcast) but has the lovely soothing voice of Paul McGann. I think he's my favourite podcast host ever 
Definitely recommend a podcast that is on BBC sounds about the criminal life of Curtis, Warren charts, his criminal life from when he was growing up in Granby Toxteth from him robbing old women and taxing prostitutes in the city’s red light district to robbing cars, attacking police officers and his role in the Toxteth riots to being a nightclub bouncer that where he was wanted, used to the drugs trade to him dealing directly with the Cali cartel, the first drug dealer to cut the middle man out and meet up with representatives of the Cali cartel. He is also the first and only drug trafficker to be listed on the Sunday Times. Rich list in the UK. It’s quite a fascinating listen from teenage takeaway to the biggest drug baron in Britain

I have listened to that one too! I really enjoyed it! I thought they were supposed to be bringing out a second season but it never materialised

Pretty sure they are reviewing ‘Wildflower’ the one she wrote in 2015. I’m on the Will Smith episode right now - v. Disappointed in him, I’d always thought he was a really nice bloke but he seems quite weird/selfish.

Just finished Sweet Bobby based off a recommendation from someone. Really enjoyed it. Going to try Hoaxed next as I see it’s available without a subscription to tortoise now! Still living for celebrity memoir book club with Chelsea on Fridays though!
