Ah okay, good to know... nice combo, I'm thinking of getting an anti-tragus at the end of the year
It definitely took her a lot to get the anti tragus through and it hurt but now it's the contra conch I can feel. The anti tragus I think did bleed a bit she had to clean it twice and there's a drip of blood now.
I'm not sure now what to put in my lobe piercings as the two I just got are dark blue mostly. I got the dark blue as I'd bought some dark blue earrings for my lobes but now I think it'll be too much of the same colour. I got a plain diamond stud I could use in one and then just a silver design in the other maybe. They haven't been delivered yet so I'll have to see.
I wasn't sure when I went in what piercings I was going to get as I didn't know if I'd have the anatomy for the ones I wanted. Some we ruled out due to glasses getting in the way. I think next I'll get a vertical helix in that side and a mid helix in the other if it would work to make my normal conch look like a faux snug

What was the most painful place for tattoo / piercing? None of mine were too bad, it was the length of time one of them took that aggrivated me moreso than the pain
i had a cartilage piercing and that was more annoying than painful but i wouldn't repeat the experience 😂
now it's an eyebrow piercing and ear piercings
also 2 tattoos and planning many more 🥰

I have 3 tattoos but getting 2 more in the next two months.
I have 2 lobes in both ears then a conch and 2 forward helixes in one ear. I want to get more piercings in the second ear a shen men and I'm not sure what. I was thinking a mid helix but I've heard they are painful and take a long time to heal. I only for the conch/forward helix two weeks ago but I can't sleep with them fine so what the other ear done ASAP. I'm now thinking a shen men and a daith but can you wear airpods after a daith or would it be too painful? I definitely want two in my second ear just can't decide on the second one

Thanks for that, that’s answered my questions! I’m thinking either cover up OR lasering, if it was layered off I’d never get anything else over the top 😄 and this might be a stupid question, I don’t have to take time off work after having lasering do I? Like I can just carry on with my day afterwards? And how would I look after it once it’s done? Do you need special cream?
No time off work at all ..
It will be covered up with a small dressing.
It then scabs like any burn does, as that is literally what lasering is . . Its being burnt, it'll blister, scab and then heal.
Each laser session is 6 weeks apart.

Good luck.

Mine were on my boobs ( so 80s and awfully faded ) you cant even tell there was anything there now and I'm thrilled with the outcome.

I do believe certain colours are harder to remove than others? Red, I think being 1 of them.

If I had it my way I would be covered in tattoos head to toe! 😂. 8 tattoos before I had my hand & a sleeve started before the first lock down, so need to get that finished. I want the top of my shoulder, side of neck done too.

Have my first tattoo booked next month, I finally took the plunge and I’m so excited!!
Apart from my ears I just have my nose pierced but would love my belly button done. Just concerned about it healing when I wear high waisted things all the time 😩
Oooh exciting times!!

If its downsizing you just pay for the new earring, don't need to do it with mine yet but you probably could keep it
I just got my two piercings and asked her about it it it she said they just swap the bar to a smaller length but keep the fancy end part.
I ended up getting an anti tragus and a contra conch and upgraded the jewellery which I have never done. Usually apart from my lobes I get them pierced and never change them 😆

I have three tattoos and six piercings. I’ve had the piercings for years now but I’d definitely like some more tattoos at some point

I’m old, so all I have are earlobe piercings. I do like the piercings people seem to have these days in all parts of their ears though. I really came on here to ask what the fascination is with tattoos on females? Not judging in the slightest, I’m just trying to understand what makes you want to keep having them. I want to be more understanding and accepting when my daughter keeps having them and I thought it might help to get some younger people’s views and opinions.

Does anyone have a rook piercing? I've wanted it for so long but it scares me for some reason! It feels really thick 😬

I'm no newbie to piercings either, got helix, tragus, lobes twice, belly button, nose and used to have lip and tongue. But gahhh I just can't bring myself to get my rook done even though I know it'll never be as bad as I imagine 🙈🤣
I Do! I love it! Didn't hurt as bad as my triple forward helix! but cleaning it for a week or 2 after was a bit sore. But i love it and it looks so nice!

So I really really want to get my belly button pierced but I have to go in a hydrotherapy pool quite often at work. It's super clean and checked regularly. I know all the advice says not to swim but has anyone actually gone swimming or similar with a fresh navel piercing...would I be able to cover with a waterproof dressing and risk it???

I’ve got my first tattoo booked on Thursday 😬 excited but scared!

Sorry to TMI but anyone with stretched ears, do yours smell? I clean them every day but my skin in generally oily so I get a build up within hours and it can be unpleasant. I’ve tried not cleaning everyday as I read overcleaning could be a cause but no frequency seems to help.

I used to have several holes in my ears.
They've closed up except my first lobes.I've recently shoved an earring through my 2nd hole , that one used to have a Chunky 2mm hoop through.

I would like more tattoos too, but I'm not sure exactly what I want , and finding a tattooist I feel comfortable with.

I have two small tattoos, I’m thinking of getting another one soon.
My ears are pierced, but I only wear earrings occasionally.

I'm getting a tattoo next week still not sure where to put it. All my current tattoos are easy to hide (legs and ribs). My new tattoo I want it on my upper arm but I'm not sure if to put it on my leg so I can hide it easier if I want and keep my arms tattoo free
I have one on the back of my arm. Pretty easy to cover up

I got my nose pierced 6 months ago, I've wanted it since I was a teen so 32 now .🤣 I feel quite liberated with it. It's came out a few times omg the pain, the work, the determination to get it back in 🙈 also had tongue, belly button, ears.

2 small tattoos that aren't great but come with young memories 🤣 so Idc.. I have one I really like on the inside of my forearm. I want more 💚

Went with my sis-in-law to get hers done and they got her to lie on her side for it. She said it was pretty painful and she could feel the crunching as it was pierced and it takes longer than other piercings! She maintains it was fine after all that though!!
It looks great so I want one too but I'm trying to stop being a wuss after watching hers 😂

Just toying with the idea atm but I have a tattoo behind my ear and recently I’ve been thinking it’s not right for me to have, it’s something that Im worried could be seen as culturally insensitive, but if I had it covered it would look even darker. Has anyone had laser tattoo removal and could share their experiences? Does it hurt a lot? Is it safe?
I had my tattoos lasered off . .
It wasn't pain free but definitely not excruciatingly painful.
Id describe it like a flicking elastic band against your skin.
Your tatt probably isnt huge behind your ear?
If you were wanting it faded to have a cover up you'd probably only need a couple of sessions . .

You do have to be careful with exposure to the sun as theoretically its new skin, so do bear that in mind.
