I think this is what was happening with PS. The leakage started with Amanda Holden breaking rank and JGM have been trying to hold back the tide (unsuccessfully) ever since - the negative articles just kept coming and the press finally got what they wanted. I think that's why PS has lost weight - not because he's struggling with his sexuality at all (he's clearly been out for YEARS) but because he knew it was all going to come out and he didn't want the public knowing

There's often a grain of truth in some blind items.
Another thing they do is post a link in the blind to another blind item about something that makes the subject of both very very evident.

Don’t Phil and Holly meet up socially for dinner/bar b q at each other’s house...I am sure they have mentioned it on This Morning. I can’t see them feuding.

Good point about Dec I never thought about his family being Catholics. That's deffo why he married his manager.

I more meant the beard/monkey suit inference sounds like it’s written by someone who knows him, or knows news is about to break in light of PS’s statement yesterday.

Good thing it's not you who has spent their adult life hiding who they are- do you know how damaging this is? Most people are lucky to make it out alive after years of internalised shame. "Making up for lost time", as you so eloquently put it is quite normal and usually expected, and totally not your place to judge. :)

piers was talking about a celeb he met at an awards ceremony and how he always wonders if they’re really as nice in real life as they’re perceived to be, then he turned to Ruth and said something along the lines of ‘we all know people who are supposed to be nice don’t we Ruth?’ Everybody laughed and Ruth looked so awkward but didn’t respond

I wonder if all of this will stop MM going any higher than he is at ITV. His name is now well and truly known - but for all the wrong reasons. It is obvious from his video that he saw himself in a presenter's role in the future, but I kind of think this episode will put the kibbosh on that.

I like Amanda Holden, loved Fern Britton and really like Ruth, I think there is truth in it, defo get a vibe ( not a good one) from Pip.

Just because it has protected status doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen! It IS rife. It happens every single day, everywhere. Homophobic abuse has possibly never happened to you, but let me assure you it can be absolutely terrifying.
