Me too. Even though I knew he was, I still got choked up him getting ththrough. The emotion on his face was still so raw, and it just got to me, nd you could tell it meant so much to him to get through.

That being said, I do wish he / Jowita would say thank you on the show for people that have voted. A couple of weeks now, I've noticed everyone else does but they don't. I know they post on social media, but not everyone has that to see. I'd give a pass for this weekend because of the emotion, but I've definitely noticed it before.

I bloody love this man. Just watched an episode of Celebrity (Lucky Stars) Tipping Point and I was rooting for him to win - he didn't, but won a decent amount of money for his charity which was Dogs On The Streets. Imo there's nothing more sexy than a man who cares about the welfare of animals. 😻

Funny enough I just said the exact same thing, they’re being really obvious who they want out this year. Knowing Pete is giving his everything and them treating him like a comedy act doesn’t sit well with me

Yet again a rit song.. not one person on the show this year could make that as campy and fun as that was.

it’s getting harder every week now to get through when the gap between top and bottom is becoming bigger.. just got to keep voting peeps!

When the song was announced I knew they would try to make him the novelty act. I gave him all my votes tonight. I want to see him do more ballroom.

They did make him and Jamie a bit of the joke acts tonight. But thankfully both safe as better than others there.

There's chat on the Strictly thread about them making Jamie the Nigel of this year's show (over critical and under scoring), and I'd be inclined to agree. He's obviously a talented wee dancer and they're just making him look daft with some of his costumes.

With Pete? This is the show he spoke about on the podcast isn't it? Where if he got to Blackpool Jowita had a plan? So it sounds like it's always been in the works.

I'm just impressed at how he's thrown himself into it to be fair. And there's definitely backing and support keeping him in!

I think it’s the producers etc now. I’m sure there was an interview a couple of years ago where they said they can put forward their ideas but it’s not always taken on board.
Nikita didn’t even know the song the other week. He was singing the completely wrong one when telling his partner 😂
