Feel that the judges are being really obvious marking him down now. I feel so bad for Pete as he’s trying so hard

He is but unfortunately at this point in the competition there are better dancers than him.
He really does seem a very genuine, decent bloke though. I know you can't trust what you see on the tele etc but he just seems to radiate kindness.
I felt like that about him and Jamie tonight. I do think they've got the fan bases behind them to keep them in (hopefully). I've said it before and I'll say it again, they (especially Pete) are what Strictly is about. It's about seeing improvement in limited / non dancers for me. I get much more enjoyment from watching them than JB, Tasha and Sarah.

I’m glad it’s not just me that thinks that because I kinda know Pete. I know how hard he’s working at this and he’s getting better every week and think they’re being a bit unfair to him in both treating him as the joke act last week then marking him down so much tonight
I saw someone post on the Strictly thread last week about him and Jamie being put in ridiculous costumes for Blackpool and saying they'd have never made Tasha dance with condiments or in pink latex so why do they think it's OK at all?
Pete has been smashing it and you can really see he's been trying, I feel.
I’d rather watch Pete and Jamie over all the other dancers as they are really nice blokes with great personalities and some of the better dancers are quite bland.

. When it comes to the final is it still on public votes or do the judges decide who the overall winner is? This is the first time I’ve watched strictly in years!

honestly though, the spoiler gets posted in the strictly thread very quickly as soon as it comes through as anyone who wants to know can see it there, so i wouldn’t worry about also posting it here. some people prefer not to know!

I know someone who works for BBC so I find out pretty quickly who’s in or out. Not sure if it’s the same person who leaks it to the Strictly Spoiler… if they don’t want folk finding out on the Saturday they’re going to have to start going live on a Sunday night like X Factor used to

I honestly thought he'd make it through. I didn't think he'd win, but I genuinely thought he'd have the votes.
