I think there’s abit too much about to today. There’s no smoke without fire as the poet Chloe sims recently penned.

there’s every chance they tried to keep their relationships quiet because people love a strictly love story, especially with a guy like Pete who’s never met a girl like her and can’t settle down. People definatly bought into that and now it turns out they’re both taken :ROFLMAO: the people who were saying it’s a showmance turned out to be spot on.

They haven't kept their relationships quiet though. It's not like Maura and Pete were caught out, you don't have to especially media savvy to know that a lot of the media reports of them being spotted kissing everywhere were being fed to the press by one or both of their managements. The pictures of them 'confirming' their relationship look incredibly staged. This is not to say the relationship is fake but it's clear they have been using it to promote themselves. There's a reason why even some of her supporters are side eyeing this relationship as they have been through these pr games with her before.

While far from the worst offenders in Strictly history it's clear he and Jowita have likewise tried to create the impression that there is a romance between them as that usually wins over viewers, garners votes and likewise gets press attention.

That's why I don't buy the idea that his Strictly experience has been ruined by the persistent rumours about his lovelife when he's done a lot to push those rumours.

Pete’s been quiet about his love life for years now after past press intrusion, if anyone’s pushing anything into the media it’s going to be Maura and/or her team.

If they are really together, I’m abit disappointed as I’d love Pete to finally be happy enough in himself to settle down, and I don’t think that’s going to be with Maura.

To be honest, I'd probably look at the PR agency Pete has now....Belle PR. They were Giovanni's PR agency at the time he dated Maura ...and they were the source of pretty much every single Giovanni/Maura story. Maura hasn't been instagram official with a partner for 3 years herself (not since her split from Giovanni).
