Just a recommendation to all my fellow Pete lovers, he's on the High Performance podcast this week, and it's a lovely open and heartfelt discussion.
Honestly I've been putting off ordering his book as it's my birthday soon and as someone difficult to buy for, I was holding off incase someone got me it.
But after listening today, ive ordered it for next day delivery and will be giving it a one sitting read over the weekend!
Honestly such a genuine bloke that I really do feel the press has absolutely slaughtered over the years (he's been no angel but they've certainly not helped).

Listened to it this morning- what a thoroughly decent bloke. I hope he does go to therapy- I feel he’s missing out on love and babies which he’s admitted he wanted, because of his perception of himself.
I'm hoping this will appear on YouTube so I can watch it. I always watch the Staying Relevant podcast too.

I got a feeling he’s with Maura. I have noticed he’s not as touchy feely with jowita and posting less with her though. She seems way more on it than he does.
I’d say neither. I sort of know Pete IRL as we’re Essex based. He’s known Maura for a while and they’ve always been friendly and while I don’t think he’s seeing Jowita I do think she’s got a huge crush on him and much more into him than he is with her
i get that vibe too. He’s way too in his own head to let someone as nice as jowita in. He’d probably end up hurting her. She’s perfect though. He always seems to go for the same kind of girls, the reality tv filled with drama types and jowita is a ray of sunshine. They definitely have chemistry though.
Don’t get me wrong I like Pete and having spent a fair bit of time in his company he’s a really decent bloke who’s been trashed beyond belief by the British media. Yes he’s been through a fair amount of women but so have a lot of the guys around here and as they’re not in the spotlight they get away with nothing being said. I don’t think Pete’s the type to duck up his Strictly experience by messing with Jowita he’s too professional for that so if anything is to happen between them it will be after he leaves. I do think they’ll stay friends though. As for Maura if there’s anything going on it will be a friends with benefits type thing but I think they’re just mates who play on the rumours every now and then

regarding love he just comes across so guarded and sceptical it will be hard for someone to truly get his wall down. He has absolutely no issues finding women or getting their attention, he could click his fingers and have a girlfriend tomorrow I’m sure, it’s more in his own head.
I’m well and truly hoping him and jowita fall madly and love and ride into the sunset together .. but somehow it doesn’t look likely

Yes you’re spot on about his relationship issues which I don’t see changing anytime soon. Personally I’d love to see Pete settled and happy in a relationship but sadly I’m not holding my breath waiting for it to happen but I will say this his attitude towards woman and himself is definitely getting better than it was previously but right now he’s better off being single
He’s put a big emphasis in recent times on how he’s not in the right headspace to be in a relationship at the moment. I’d like to think that he’s not lied about that in order to cover tracks with Maura because the interviews etc that he’s done have been really good and thought provoking - if you’ve not listened to him on the High Performance podcast you really should.
Listened that podcast a few days ago, also listen Staying Relevant every week and I'm on chapter 3 of his audiobook. He just seems a decent guy and very funny.
Pete seems like the type who'd flirt with a warm scarf. He seems so naturally charismatic it's probably no wonder the tabloids keep linking him with different women. I think that's just the type of guy he is without really meaning to be.
